Decided not to be a hero with this so broke it into 5 sets of 25 in just under 5 minutes.  Now for some stretching!

Taking my @onnit #primalbell for a ride today. Sometimes basics are best. Other then the snatch there isn't a better hip and explosive power builder then the one arm #kettlebellswing. Really focused on going from a hip hinge to a plank on the top. 8 left/8 right with 5 pullups e.m.o.m was a perfect finisher for a press heavy #garagegym #workout today.

Here's a great simple exercise to improve the strength 💪 and endurance 🏃 of your deep neck flexors. This particularly helps target the longus Coli that was shown in yesterday's post. Enhancing the strength and endurance of the deep neck flexors will reduce tension in your postural muscles of the upper back, neck and chest. If you are a mma fighter, increasing the strength and endurance of these muscles will also help when having to absorb a blow to the head. 🥊🥊 Perform this by retracting your head back and nodding your chin down as if to make a double chin. Relax and repeat. Do this 5-10x and repeat twice every day.
