Extremely proud of this team, proud to perform the haka and proud to be able to push myself to breaking point (kinda literally). #kiakaha#solesonfire#forthefern
Kia ora koutou! Just a little reminder to myself and to the world it's Te Wiki o Te Reo Māori (Māori language week) and I've put a super cool link in my bio which is specifically made to correct the pronounciation of Te Reo names, places and words in New Zealand! This photograph is from August 1st 1980 during Māori Language week, where protestors were demanding that Māori have the same status as English, however it took another seven years until Māori was officially recognized as an official language of New Zealand. It's time we honor the language of New Zealand and actually bother to learn how to pronounce, spell and understand basic Te Reo! This Māori language week I pledge to learn more and appreciate more about Te Reo. I'm also learning and trying to understand Te Reo, I suggest ya'll should to! Say it tika Aotearoa! And happy Maori Language Week! (In all honesty every week should be Maori language week, but this is a fantastic start in normalizing New Zealand's mother tongue!) #kiakaha#huehue#imalsotryingtolearnmyself (Photograph obtained from NZhistory, Alexander Turnbull Library) #maorilanguageweek

You may focus on what makes you unhappy... or even on the possible ways you could change your situation. Or you may choose to act upon it and make the decision to be happy no matter what! Commit to yourself, make commitment an act and not another word on your vocabulary. What makes you happy? 😍
A year ago today I returned home from the biggest adventure of my life! I can't ever begin to describe what a huge impact my mission to New Zealand had and will have on my entire life. I figured out who I was. I fell in love with the people of New Zealand and all the islands. I laughed, I cried, I worked really hard and I learned how to follow the spirit. Most importantly, I grew closer to my Heavenly Father and my Savior, Jesus Christ.
I'm so grateful for my mission and also for the year that followed. This last year has been a wonderful year of more growth, more trials, more blessings, more love, and more adventures! #KiaKaha#thechurchistrue#NZHM
If people knew what my younger brother had to overcome over many years as a young adult to reach this milestone today we would realize anything can be achieved if you refuse to give up on yourself.
Love you Adam and your whanau including your Dad are having one of the proudest days of our lives.
May this day be Adams but a firm reminder to us all to not let our very best die inside us but ripple outside for all to flourish from.
Need a hoodie for those cooler summer nights? Or just looking for a Christmas present? Day 2 of our competition is up on Facebook now. Go check it out!
Wow I cant believe that it has been a year since the lovely Hubby decided to upgrade me into a brand new JKU. How time flies.
My Biggest regrets today is not getting out there more and doing more shit you know. I guess foolishly I thought I had the time. We all think that we do dont we.
Well on a fine day in July I was feeling a bit off colour and had decided to check myself into hospital on Monday if I still hadnt felt any better by then. Not really thinking anything much about it.
Come Wednesday the next week my entire world had changed.
Opportunities I thought I had, gone. Strength anf energy draining away all the time.
The cancer.. it has got me.
So my fine friends and fams .. dont proscratinate. Tell your loved ones that you love them. Practice mindfulness. Be kind. Above all Live xoxo
