Something to ponder....🤔 Ever wondered why #Plexus people look younger than they really are?? It's BIOCLEANSE!
Plexus #BioCleanse contains #magnesium which produces #proteins that are transformed into #collagen !
Magnesium also absorbs excess #calcium in the body which can contribute to #kidney issues!
#BioCleanse is a gentle cleanse that has MANY other benefits: * Oxygenate the entire body. * Cleanses the #GItract and #arteries . * #Energizes the body. * Supports #weightloss . 🌟Supports COLLAGEN production! * Keeps bathroom visits regular.
Lots of people think they don't "need" Biocleanse, BUT it does more than just keep you regular!💩 (We ALL have waste that builds up over years - I know...disgusting, but it can add to our #weight AND #digestive problems!) BioCleanse works on the #cellular level, and oxygenated cells means #healthy cells ... AND ... more #youthfull !💥
On dat Tofu Benedict grind from @grangeri! I have the appetite of a bird lately and ate barely half of this, but that half was freaking delicious! It may not be the best option when following a #renaldiet , but it sure was tasty! Thanks for treating me to a lovely brunch @kalen_eb 💕
"Kidney disease is the latest ailment linked to air pollution, a new study has found. The report from the American Society of Nephrology found that air pollution - even in small amounts - can damage your kidneys. Previous research has also linked it to heart disease, strokes, cancer, asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
When people inhale tiny specks of dust, dirt, smoke, soot and liquids in polluted air, these particles are swept into their bloodstream. And since kidneys filter the blood, the particles can damage them, the new analysis explained.
The reports researchers are warning that any amount of air pollution, no matter how small, can harm the kidneys the same way it harms other organs such as the heart and lungs.
The report's researchers tracked two-and-a-half million US veterans for eight-and-a-half years for the study, which began in 2004. During the course of the experiment, scientists looked at the veterans' kidney function and the air quality levels in the places they were living.
They measured the air quality levels by looking at data from the Environmental Protection Agency and NASA. And the researchers found that air pollution causes 44,793 new cases of kidney disease and 2,438 cases of kidney failure annually.
They concluded that the air pollution levels in certain geographic areas of the US are particularly bad and that people living in them have an elevated risk of kidney disease. Namely, people in Southern California, the South, the Midwest and the Northeast have higher chances because of the environments they live in.
Dr Al-Aly emphasized that, while people who live in areas with air pollution problems are more at risk, any amount of air pollution can damage the kidneys. 'The higher the levels of air pollution, the worse it is for the kidneys. However, no level is completely safe,' he explained..." #awareness#kidney#kidneydisease#pollution#airquality#air#humanrights#contamination#environment#citylife#newyork#sandiego#texas#health#vancouver#seattle#toronto#science#government#china#india#newdelhi#losangeles#boston#uk#britain#stuttgart#sydney

I'm allergic to👏🏻👏🏻, they were a bit itchy at first but didn't notice until she took them off😭🔥.... Yes I now have #hives in my scalp face and chest🔪. Mainly played sims👾 and slept, boring😴. Sadly none of my big seizures happened😑👌🏻. Only small ones with a SHIT ton of pvcs/ palpitations and low blood pressure👌🏻. I think my lowest THERE was 80/50☠️.... explains a lot. Oh I forgot to add the bruises I have on my stomach from the heperin shot they give you in your abdomen twice a day for blood clots👩🏼⚕️. My stomach is covered so bad lmao😭👌🏻☠️. But yeah ,won't get results until follow up appointment but I'm thankful they let me leave! 😪They were pressing me about my kidney function and how little I pee and how low my iron was and blood pressure🔪...blah blah blah. 😒Honestly shocked they didn't keep me longer 🙏🏻but I thankfully got out, telling them it's normal and I'm fine👌🏻😂 (lies but I hate hospitals) so thankfully I am now home ! 🏘❤️And....very sore😤 and itchy😷 lmao but home nonetheless ! 🌎💗🙏🏻✨#pots#dehydration#kidney#eds#epilespy#ehlersdanlossyndrome#ehlersdanlos#spoonie#spoonies#chronicillness#chronicallyill#dysautonomia#allergicreaction#hospital#hospitalstay#hospitaladmission#seizures#migraine#migraines#neuro#hipreplacement#hipdysplasia#vasculareds#vascularehlersdanlos#vascularehlersdanlossyndrome#ehlersdanlostype7
First time trying @peapoddelivers, thanks to my truly amazing older sisters @jduclos0213 and @nursewendyjeans! 😊I have been truly blessed and overwhelmed by all of the support I have received these past few weeks from all of the people in my life (you all know who you are!). Despite how crappy everything is I'm going through, the support I've received has made it easier for me to get through each day. 💕PS- if you're thinking of a good gift idea for someone that may need a little extra help these days- this is it! 👍🏻#1010wouldrecommend
When you have chronic kidney disease, you are supposed to follow a #renaldiet - which is essentially high protein, low potassium, low phosphorous and low sodium. Dinner tonight was oil-free smashed potatoes, broccoli with a creamy cashew cheeze sauce made with @heidihoorganics No Chevre Plain spread, and a salad with mixed baby greens and baby spinach, corn, dried blueberries, fresh strawberries, and sunflower seeds- topped with an oil-free fig balsamic dressing from Whole Foods. While potatoes do contain high levels of potassium, I limit my intake of them. I've basically stopped eating bananas and tomatoes due to their high levels of potassium, but I can't give up potatoes! I also occasionally still eat avocado even though it contains a lot of potassium because, well, it's avocado. 🥑#vegan
