Parents: No matter what you think about hair length -in order to allow your child's hair to grow longer and stronger you must get her ends trimmed regular. It is the same as you getting yours trimmed. No trim-split ends come and eventually the whole strand will be lost resulting in short, broken, unsightly hair. You don't want that for your little girl.
Keep in mind, their hair isn't going to be as long as was when they were toddlers because the hair changes, their head gets bigger and their bodies are ever changing. Don't keep hanging on to dead ends because you want people to see how long their hair is. Allow them to opportunity to have healthy hair now so they can make better decisions about their styles when they grow up.
