Wow! These were so delicious and satisfying! Avocado Ranch Chicken Salad Cups will be added to the rotation. They are "kinda clean" because it has bacon but so worth it! Below is the dressing and recipe.
Avocado Cilantro Lime Dressing
1 Avocado 🥑
1 clove Garlic, peeled
¼ cup roughly chopped cilantro
¼ greek yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon 🍋 juice
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
¼ teaspoon Kosher Salt
¼ @mrsdashrecipes Water 💦
Stick in blender and duh blend!
Chicken 🍗 Salad 🥗 Lettuce Cups
🥓 6 slices of bacon, cooked until crisp and chopped
🍗 2 fully-cooked boneless and skinless chicken breasts, shredded or chopped 🍅 1 pint Roma tomatoes 🥑 1 avocado, peeled and pitted, diced
🥗 1 large head Boston lettuce
In a large bowl, add the avocado ranch dressing, bacon, chicken, and tomatoes. Fold the ingredients together until they just come together. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Very gently fold in the avocado, making sure not to smash them into the chicken salad.
Scoop the chicken salad onto the Boston lettuce. Wrap them up and eat immediately! Enjoy!

-no bread because of the carbs
-bacon & egg whites for the protein
-no cheese because 'low fat is good for you!'
-no coffee because I was scared it would promote inflammation
Now It's more like--->
-2 pieces ciabatta because carbs aren't the enemy
-haloumi because it's tastes friggen amazing
-big assed coffee with honey, cinnamon & milk 👅 !YUM!👅
Day 25: Long and stressful week calls for In n Out burger for dinner.. Double double protein style, no cheese, no spread, add mustard and extra onions 👌🏼 I got fries without salt so they would be a little healthier... but I mean the technically are potatoes sooo 🍟 Although it's not the best option sometimes life happens and you have to eat out..
