As purely as the sky is so blue
breathe your life force, in truth, in truth.
Guard your freedom, your sacred kingdom,
or skies become clouded and clarity shrowded.
By sharing your songs
you breathe your self care,
whilst healing your soul
you honour sweet air.
Defining your space

@Regranned from @davidnkt1951 - The pectoralis minor is a muscle that becomes easily shortened and tight due to many factors, including rounded shoulder posture, glenohumeral joint dysfunction,breathing dysfunction, and a variety of compensation patterns. It sits on top of the brachial plexus, and can therefore contribute to Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. The pectoralis minor is located in an area of the shoulder with many other muscles, including the pectoralis major, biceps, deltoids, coracobrachialis, subscapularis, serratus anterior, and the latissimus dorsi. I find that clusters of muscles like this often can become dysfunctional due to poor biomechanics. This can lead to adhesions, facilitation/inhibition, and synergistic dominance. The pectoralis minor is often the overactive muscle in these compensation patterns. The rest of this blog can be found on my website.

In this page (& all my business accounts), you find transparency. In order for translate Faith in several aspects, I have to real. I am not going to create content to share with you all every 5 SECS, like many other influencers. Yes, I am creating a brand/business but my source comes from God. I must be led and inspired to share information with you all. Otherwise, I am just another person with no drive, looking for attention and adoration by quoting the word of God.
Nonetheless, I want to share that the last two weeks have been very challenging. From my coroprate job(s), graduate school, YouTube planning, church leadership (worship team) and personal goals/responsibilities. I've been hit with inconvenient events that drained me physically and mentally. I expressed how I felt unmorally a few times but I immediately felt conviction from God.
So I committed myself to prayer and humbled myself, day by day.
In Ephesians 4:3-4, 6 (NIV) it says:
" Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all."
How powerful is that?
As a believer, it is highly common to experience challenges that disrupts your walk. But its critical in your walk to establish unification between the body and the spirit in order to overcome any inconveniet barrier for spiritual/personal growth.
