The idea of you.
Has really. Truly.
Evaporated. The idea. Of true. Hurt in me. Ever again.
The idea of. Someone. Enjoying. A conversation. A coffee a vision of. Our own. Truths. Being. Free as whatever. We. Choose.
Being free for the idea. We can't. Lose
Being in love like. Help us both. 😉
I've never really known
The heaven would find. Me below.
And say. Hey. You got a ways to go. And me thinking.
Finally something. To never stop loving. Living. Breathing. For.
That is my heart. Braking. Out if it's shell
I hope you arent scared. Of. The hurt. I own. I'm silent yes. I cry I know.
Yet know with you. There is no more pain for me. The idea of me and you. There is mark. no visible body. Part.
It is the soul. Of. My. Soul. It will wait. To say. Hello. You are the funniest too. Be careful out there. As I am. Always here. Waiting. On. An. Angel.

I'm rolling deep and success with a full-time job at Domino's that makes me feel so f****** much money in tips. Like I don't even have to worry about getting ready to move out who would have guessed such a major change in my life cause so much good. I wonder if I'll ever be able to have what I want had again. #domino 's #metalboysbeforefuckboys#knowing#success#happiness#22
Things are a mess. Stuff is all over the place. I DO NOT have a lot of what I thought I would have figured out at 26 even remotely close to being “resolved”. Whatever that really means anyway. But am choosing to move forward and not let that hold me back from continuing to pursue what make me happy and choosing joy. Used to hear this societal message being projected that you can’t do anything of value unless you have yourself and your life “under control”. Also, whatever that means. Calling BS on that now and forever.
Yesterday I reposted a brilliant insight on our emotional bodies and how to move beyond the illusion of them. Just now I came across this awesome post by @mysticalmatayla It was simply Perfect! A beautiful post about connection with our bodies. ⚡️ I have a feeling (quite strongly now) that my next few posts will be about our Heart/Mind connection, our Spirit connection, Oneness, but let’s see where #spirit takes us. Open to the possibilities! 😁
I am really enjoying finding these posts from souls who are writing about and sharing the same topics that I write about and #practice . . ⚡️ For me, all of ‘this’ stuff was just theology and a (kinda) belief before...for several years...but now it’s all a tangible experience for me because 'I practice what I preach'. (Although I seek not to preach, but to empower and encourage wholeness.)! Please read 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼and ask yourself a few simple questions. ・・・
What is your relationship with your body?
Take a moment to imagine your body as someone who is separate from you.
Now think about the words you say, the things you do, the way you treat this someone.
Are your words loving? 💕
Are they kind? 🙏🏻
Are they empowering? 💫
👉🏻 How about your actions?
Do you show love & gratitude to this someone? 💗
Do they feel cared for? 🤗
I am not asking these questions to put you in a place of self-judgement, I am asking these questions to offer you awareness. 👁
If your body were a separate someone, how long do you think they’d hang around?
How much would they tolerate before straight up leaving?
I had to have this conversation with myself many times before I really began to understand how destructive my own thoughts and words were about my own body.
My body that gives me everything.
This body that allows me to have this experience.
Your body LOVES YOU SO MUCH. . . . ♥️

⚡️Our bodies give us everything and if we give them kindness and tenderness that connection will become a cherished relationship that overflows into all others.
Love y’all! 💖 Andrea
How often do you get caught in a decision - this or that, now or later, stay or go, him or her, do what’s right or what I want - over something seemingly as small as, “Should I text her?” or as large as, “Should I end this relationship?” Then time passes and no decision is made, or time is up, or to end the misery of back and forth in your brain, you make a hasty decision you aren’t ultimately satisfied with.
The answer you seek is not in the decision. It’s not in the incessant back and forth within you. It’s not there because you will never be able to logically parse out the infinite factors influencing your decision, or accurately predict all possible outcomes and adjust now for how they might affect you in the (imagined) future.
The answer is in silence. This is why practice, meditation, is so important. Most practices of self inquiry, at least the helpful ones, assist the practitioner in dropping out of their mind, out of the constantly running inner monologue, and into the quiet space of knowing (even if it’s knowing you don’t know).
Most of the time when we have a decision to make, we already know the answer, we just aren’t ready to realize it. Instead we focus on the back and forth, the decision within ourselves or with others by asking for advice. It doesn’t matter how much back and forth you have or how much advice you hear, only you know. The answer is in silence, within you. Practice being in the quiet space of knowing. It helps. .
You know how someone can say something and it will open up your mind and inspire you? Well, that happened to me last week.
It became the inspiration for episode 045 of the podcast.
I was listening to something Gary Vaynerchuck said and it really struck me. He said he *knew* he was going to be successful well before he ever achieved the level of success he has today.
His statement inspired this week's episode! 💡
