Are you prepared? I meet a lot of women that assume that if they were attacked, they would automatically be a victim.Walking around with this mentality is not helping anyone! I don't walk around assuming that everyone is an attacker, but I keep myself vigilant and aware. Most attackers are looking for easy targets, so avoiding an attack is our first line of defense. Just by walking with confidence and eyes open can be a deterrent! We equip ourselves with a defense in case someone physically assaults us.
Rule number one for my training: never miss more than 2 days of working out! Since I skipped the last two days, this means I don't get a break this weekend. Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend and meeting all of their fitness goals! #motivation#justdoit
I was practicing escaping from surprise attacks with my brother. It's important for any woman to know at least a few good ways of how to defend herself. My brother is strong and creative so it was interesting to use what I had learned from kung fu about pressure points and weak joints in order to try and escape. (lol, it looks like I took my role more seriously than my brother :p) #selfdefence
