So it's official, I'm now on a lacto free diet! I actually feel like a new woman already and that's just my stomach! I even sleep better.
I've never really dealt with lacto free diets though. Does anyone know? Is it just milk and dairy products? Should I look out for anything in particular and does anyone know if they're are supplements available to take as I don't eat cheeses, yogurts, butter etc so at the moment (apart from my greens!) I'm getting no source of calcium. This is all so new to me.
I've noticed already the lack of lacto free options at cafes, coffee shops, restaurants and even supermarkets. I picked up this long life lacto free milk in Aldi for £1.75 and it has such a long life on it. Result really!
