Crockpot cooking is just another thing I love about fall!! This week I put a pork roast in with green salsa! Some was used for tacos the first night with Mexican rice and refried beans, the second night with was turned into a pinto & white bean chili with corn, bell peppers and green chilis! Love cooking meat one time and repurposing it into a different meal! #lazymeals#twoforone#remeal#porkroast#crockpots#fallmeals
Another quick and easy keto lunch! All I’ve been posting lately is my ‘CBF’ meals 😂 Just shredded roast chicken on a bed of spinach, with grass fed butter and salt. Simple but delicious. I have it warmed up, and the butter and salt makes it way tastier than eating plain roast chicken on its own ✌️
After a long night (at least in the “I have a toddler and don’t go out that much anymore” standard)... I really woke up wanting a bagel with everything on it. But I settled for this instead! #soproudofme Cooked 1/4 chopped onion in a tsp of olive oil, and scrambled 1 whole egg and 1 oz of cheese. Toasted a whole wheat English muffin and added some fresh tomatoes to the combo. Yum 😋 #lazynutrition#lazynutritionist#tweakyourcravings#bushwick#lazymeals
Nothing exciting or pretty, just a steak and egg bowl🍃 I keep things simple because I'm no cook and I definitely don't enjoy it (but I got a plan, check out my IG stories😜💑🤣)! BUT☝🏽 that doesn't stop me from focusing on my nutrition. I got a birthday goal and that goal isn't going to happen without dialing in my nutrition. It just won't. SO many times I see people try to over compensate for their eating habits by working out MORE. Buuuut it doesn't quite work that way. If you're focused on your nutrition there's no need to workout for hours. Besides a good portion of your results come from your 👉🏽 nutrition🤷🏻♀️
Ps. If you're in need of a plan that makes nutrition SIMPLE AF, you know where to find me👉🏽💌
My smoothie habit is growing! I’m the laziest food prep person so I’ve started making massive smoothies to get me through lunch. It’s about 900cals/100c/80p/17f and lots of fiber and other good nutrients! Actually tastes really good too. This is just under half my daily intake right now so I pretty much only have to find dinner and snacks. #lazymeals#smoothie
If your time poor or have a child that keeps you awake all night & you cant be f'd spending a lot of time in the kitchen then roast veges are the perfect go to 👌🏽
I had these for lunch with mixed salad leaves and added pipitas and chopped almonds. I even bought the pumpkin pre-diced 🙌🏼 I roasted everything in coconut oil and Himalayan salt.
This was so much better than a peanut butter sandwich 😂👍🏼
A different take on #MyPlate by blending your veggies. It's been a little challenging to get Theo to eat leafy greens, so I've decided to cook them into things or blend them into smoothies. Pictured: gluten free pizza made with a cheese/cauliflower crust (questionable how much healthier it is?!) and an arugula and zucchini smoothie! Yum. HOW TO MAKE: Blend 1 heaping cup of frozen, peeled zucchini and arugula; 1 cup of pineapple, 1 cup of coconut water, and water/ice for desired consistency. So freakin' good (and refreshing). Theo loved it ❤️ #greensmoohie#kidfriendlymeals#glutenfree#lazymeals#bushwick#lazynutritionist#lazynutrition#leafygreens

Cereal is one of my favorite lazy meals, especially when I can top it off with some fruit.
I saw the 🎃 Pumpkin Spiced Cheerios in stores just recently and I have yet to try them. But I am a fan of the Very Berry Cheerios.
Which "new" flavor of @cheerios would you rather try 🤔? And what other interesting flavors of cereal have you seen?
