I always neglect the frozen cauliflower in my Freezer.. So to make room I decided to use it today! Result: Cauliflower Pasta dishes with beans and Tofu! Yum! Have an amazing Dinner time, everyone!
another old pic 🤷🏻♀️ today's breakfast was soy yog muesli and a crunchy pear 🍐 my tummy hurts so bad ugh i feel like i could possibly have ibs as i have pretty much all of the symptoms 😩😩 being so bloated most days makes me feel even shittier about my body it's stupidly bothering. i just wish i never had all of this i wish i woke up one morning and my ed was gone. the fact that i'll probably live the rest of my life like this makes me even more frustrate and depressed than life itself. i just wish i fell asleep for good.
I usually try to avoid processed foods, but today was one of those days and I was glad I had @gardein Chick'n Sliders in my freezer. Added some @sirkensingtons Fabinaise, half an avocado and cherry tomatoes plus my favorite Warm Kale Sunflower Salad (recipe link in bio⬆️) adapted from @christina_simpleveda's recipe and I had a tasty filling vegan meal in 10 mins. 😋
😑Ugh cooking and eating alone for a long period of time is so stressful for me! But I'm feeling good about this wrap, feat. #airfried tofu!! Soo tasty!🥙

Hey!!! So today marks the last day of my 30 day @praninorganic challenge (including Pranin greens powders in my meals once a day)🌱 I thought I would do a little review of my experience and some days that stood out to me.
Overall, I'm feeling really great!💃 I have had a really busy month, and I know that the nutrient-dense greens powders from Pranin Organic made a huge difference. In the past, when I was feeling a little sluggish in the morning I would turn to coffee. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but I find it makes me crash and I feel extra tired the next day. I only needed coffee twice this month, and that's a big deal because for most of this challenge I was working double shifts on top of university😴😱 By starting my day off with the B vitamin powder, I was able to give my body a brain boost, without caffiene, that kept me alert and without the crash.
Also, at one point durig this past month I started to get a cold. I couldn't load up on spices in my meals (like cinnamon, turmeric, and ginger) because I had no time to cook most days. Instead I added more vitamin C and A-Z powdersand it helped me fight the sickness off💪 A lifesaver!

Starting my day off with a chocolate banana smoothie nade from 4 ripe bananas, one frozen, vanilla almond milk, and cacao protein powder🍌🍫 and it is so good!
Today is my first day off in two weeks🙏 Using this day to lounge around in my lazy clothes, catch up on some school readings, and hopefully relax and watch some friends and just veg out for a while. This past week was so busy with my conference and other planned activities. This week will finally feel like I am on summer vacay. But, I can't eat out every day. I am trying to figure out how many nights to cook so we have left over lunches. It is so funny how disruptive it can be when our routine changes 😂😂
