Greto- Greek chicken and egg soup with a side plate of feta and walnut salad in a tahini dressing! Avgolemono is the easiest, tastiest soup there is and it's soooo Keto! Boil a whole chicken for 1 hour. Once boiled in a separate shaker add 2 lemons 🍋 and 2 eggs and whisk to together until frothy. Remove the chicken from the broth. Pour 2 ladle full broth into the egg mix and mix quickly so it doesn't curdle. Then slowly pour the mix into the broth. Yum, taste just like bread with cheese!👅💦 You need:
3 dl cheese (shredded)
1 tablespoon fiberhusk
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon flaxseed
Set the oven to 200 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl (All but sesame seeds / flaxseed) Leave the batter to rest for 10 minutes.
Click out the batter on a plate. Take some seeds on them and put in the oven for about 10-12 minutes. 👌🏼✨

Pumpkin chai protein waffle rounds out my 1400 kcal day. I'll put the recipe at the bottom 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 I squeaked in under 20g net carbs for the day. Lots of protein! I've been making an effort to get in more protein, and I really do think it's helping me exercise more effectively. Today I did lots of varied exercise and felt so energetic. 🥞🥞🥞
SARA'S CHAI PUMPKIN PROTEIN WAFFLES
🥞1 scoop of chai protein powder (mine is from FitMiss on Amazon)
🥞2 tbsp pumpkin puree (not pie filling, just pumpkin)
🥞2 tbsp heavy cream
🥞Pinch of baking soda
🥞Stir it all together. Spray your waffle iron with cooking spray and drop the batter onto it. This makes a good batch...maybe even 2 separate waffles if you feel like sharing (lolno). I serve mine with sugar free maple flavored syrup, or with a dollop of whipped cream and raspberries. 👅

1-2 paket bacon
3dl fet ost (tex goudo31%)
1/2 dl rapsolja
Stek köttfärsen och blanda i kyddor efter smak, snåla inte!
Stek bacon, koka broccolin och lägg i allt i en stor ugnsform med riven ost.
Ta en annan skål och blanda ägg, majonäs och olja samt salt och peppar+vitlökskrydda.

After a very sweaty and hard workout called "SPRINT" and arriving home very late- this right here is what I call a perfect late dinner!😋👆🏼I don't eat berries very often, but a little sugar from them, now and then actually seems to help my weightloss!💪🏼
Today has been one of those chaotic kind of days where I feel like nothing is happening according the schedule I want, but that's life. 🤷🏻♀️ Just gotta go with it...
