**What your fat loss has stalled**
There are a number of reasons as to why your fat loss has stalled, however, you can boil them down to a few which will likely be the main culprits…
1- You think you're “doing more” than you actually are. You can be training every day if you wanted to, however, it's actually your general activity outside of your gym sessions that contributes more to your daily expenditure than the time spent in the gym. That’s not to say don't train, as this definitely plays a part, but more so focus on how much you move OUTSIDE the gym as well.
2 - You are underestimating food intake. So many factors can cause this - Not weighing food, not accounting for oils, sauces, and dressings, not accounting for meals out, not tracking all the “little” bits snacked on throughout the day etc. Either way, you could be eating more than you think
3- A general Fat Loss Fat Plateau. Through several adaptive mechanisms, you're now in a position of maintaining your weight, opposed to losing any. This is likely as where you have lost weight, your body now expends less over the course of the day. Less calories expended = less calories to be consumed to create a deficit.
Its not because you have a slow metabolism, you aren't eating enough, or you are in "starvation mode” it is however because you aren't in a calorie deficit.
Keep activity levels up, and think about ways to increase these.
Track accurately, and account for everything you consume.
