Men inte, jag kanske har öga för bildkomposition och absolut kärleken till konsten och lusten att skapa. Men jag har så stora luckor inom fotografering 😅 ibland känner jag att jag inte ens förstår basic stuff. Trots att jag verkligen försöker lära mig.
Men sånt här tar tid, det förstår jag nu.
Själva fotograferandet är egentligen ett nödvändigt ont, magin för mig händer i datorn sen.
Men jag behöver få till skarpa korrekt exponerade foton för att kunna jobba med sen. Jag behöver lära mig hur jag ställer in den perfekta vitbalansen och förhållandet mellan slutartid och bländare och bästa (lägsta?) ISO för varje tillfälle.
Allt bara snurrar och otålig som jag är blir jag enormt frustrerad, jag är en sån som vill kunna allt på en gång, och blir sur när jag inte får till det eller tiden inte räcker till.
Jag önskar jag hade nån som kunde lära mig allt 😕om både fotografering och Photoshop 👻
Numbers, numbers, numbers... I've been driven by numbers over the past 9 years and have only recently trained based on feel. When you've been in the game for this long, it's important to find the balance between when to push and when to sit back and just focus on the small things. I'm starting to realize that you're not going to feel good everyday and that's okay. It's always a learning process and I'm excited to see where this takes me. Did an easy 95 so I went up and made 99! Not the prettiest but it's 1kg under my best so I'll take it! I typically start with #Squats after warming up & stretching. Unfortunately that was not the case yesterday. If you know me, you know that I have OCD tendencies. Organization, consistency & routine are a must! So going to the squat racks & finding none available, threw me off. One of the reasons I do this before all my other leg workouts is because It's a compound exercise (thanks babe 😉) & I probably wouldn't have the strength to hold good form, squat deep or put in enough reps If I did it towards the end. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
With that being said, my legs were already shaking by the time the squat rack was open. I started with a warm up set then 3 full sets 8-12 reps increasing weight as tolerated. Last month I was squatting the bar alone (45lbs). Sadly my quads are not very strong BUT I am proud to say I've built up to 15lbs on each side 💃🏻
However, I am NOT proud of this clip. There are tons of excuses I can give as to why I didn't go into my squats deeper... It was my last set, mother nature decided to visit (on leg day of all days!), I was cramping, tired, sore.. the list goes on. These were the things I told myself as I watched the clip but I realized they were all just excuses. It's mind over matter and I refuse to be weak to my excuses! Which is why I've decided to remake this video next week with better form & deeper squats. #WatchMe#HoldingMyselfAccountable#LearningProcess
Throughout my journey, I've gone from losing 15-20lbs, to being the leanest I've ever been, to gaining some of that back. It was/is hard because I felt like I was losing progress & everything I've worked for. What I didn't realize is that I was completely wrong & that it's normal to go through phases, at least in my opinion it is. The left picture was me at the beginning of my journey. The middle picture was me at my lowest weight & leanest point since I can remember. The right however is me today. Gained some fat and weight back, but also gained some muscle and am the strongest I've ever been. It's not a joke when people say its all a learning process. There are days I start to wish I was back to the middle picture, but I've worked SO hard to get where I am now and I wouldn't change it for anything. I've learned so much about my body and my mental & physical capabilities. Life is a learning process and I am super excited to keep pushing & keep learning. 🙌🏼

•essential oil baths •walks in the forest •medicinal mushrooms •ethereal music •yoga •working out •clean countertops and floor (at the very least) •husband coming home from work •and yeah, a spa day definitely helps lol 🙌🏼✨ .
I know it's a lot trickier to find the space to do these grounding rituals (as a mom, or just a person in this busy day and age) but it's so so important! Esp because I want to be at my best as a mommy and then to keep my creativity alive in the kitchen! 🍐🍓🥕👩🍳

Che dire,due giorni veramente interessanti e pieni di spunti non solo per quanto riguarda le arti marziali,ma anche e sopratutto sulla conoscenza del proprio corpo e l'applicazione di alcuni concetti in svariati ambiti.
Per un attimo mi è sembrato di vivere veramente quello di cui ho sempre letto nei libri di Bruce Lee e non immaginarlo solamente.
