So today was a pretty good. I havnt gotten any sleep since Tuesday night. But surprisingly I am not tired. But I went outside this morning at 6:20am and worked out for 45 minutes. I did jump roping, weights, squats, planks, crunches, high knees, lunges, leg lifts and then I ended with a nice stretch. I know it wasn't that long of a workout but I can feel it in my arms and shins. Today i went with a friend and celebrated her 18th birthday. We went to cheddars for an early lunch and this is what I ordered. It is a chicken pasta Caesar salad. I ate half of it. And I didn't eat the croissant. I had a strawberry tea that was really good also. But I took the rest of my food in a to go box and I am planning on eating the leftovers for dinner tonight. I am hoping to go for a leisurely walk when my dad gets off work and after I eat the rest of my salad. But right now I am in the middle of trying to find apartments that are Available that me and my friend summer can veiw so we can hopefully move out in a week or two. We have called multiple places And visited one and we have not found one that is either available or in a good neighborhood. I am just ready to move out! And I am also hoping for a call asking me for an interview, so I can get a job. But so far no calls. It's stressful. Enough of that. How was your guys days? Also question. What is the best workout for a beginner without a gym to obtain a nicer toned bottom? I would love to know!
