When this event was announced I felt compelled to be there, once I found out I could make it work, I made it happen. Flew from NY➡️STL Friday morning, flew home Saturday morning. On the ground in STL for 21 hours. Worth every minute
@andyfrisella mentioned on the @themfceoproject yesterday about creating a movement that puts meaning behind the logo/brand. For a long time I considered 1st Phorm more of a lifestyle, a movement than just a product or company. This event was the epitome of that. There’s not a day I don’t wear something visible related to 1stPhorm. I do that because of pride and as a constant reminder of what the movement is. I have a responsibility to represent it in the best light possible!
Sure this could be grouped in with pride but it goes a step deeper, people from all backgrounds, walks of life, religious beliefs, cultural differences come together and support each other
with genuine intentions
And sadly those things seem harder to find than they should, but in this group it’s out there front and center

It’s hard to say how much it cost us both to eat for the week because we bought some things in bulk to last us. This haul was about $115.. I’d say about $35 of that total went into BOTH our meals for the week 🧐
It took us about an hour and a half to cook AND clean up 🤙🏿
This is just a good example of what I eat during the week.. keep it clean, but some treats keep a good balance 😺

Happy Monday friends! It’s a snowy, chilly day here, which makes it perfect for staying in my comfies and just hanging out today. I get a break from school until Jan 8th and it’s SO NICE. I used to totally take my free time for granted and now I totally appreciate that I have time to do stuff I want; like reading for pleasure and binge watching Netflix 😜.
Hit glutes at the gym this morning and hit a new PR on hip thrusts 😎. One of my favorite people from work FINALLY joined my gym!!! And while we workout very differently (she’s a badass power lifter) it’s still SO nice to have a friend at the gym.
Anyway, thought I’d share lunch with you guys, since a lot of you said you’d be interested in meals and macros, so here are the deets:
2 c of sautéed arugula
1 c zucchini
1 c hen of the woods (or any mushroom) (my mom forages and gave me a frozen bag of these delicious mushrooms yesterday 😋) 1 garlic chicken sausage (I really like the one @traderjoes makes)
40 g of sundried tomato
SO easy, simple and surprisingly satisfying.
Exactly. Why tear someone else down. Doing so is obviously showing you aren’t completely working on your own shit. Like I always say, we can all be at the top. -

2 things I see that I challenge everyone to ponder.
#1 people trying to win by shitting on someone else’s projects, including spending time on your competitions business and how to hurt it and make it smaller instead of focusing on your business and how to make it bigger.
#2 being embarrassed or self conscious of wanting to build the biggest thing, if you want to, own it and fight for it, it’s gonna be what it’s gonna be, no reason to be shy my family!
Perception can be everything. Whether it’s working out, or dealing with other circumstances around you, how you see them is so important to success. For many of the things I did today, there were two ways to see things. I could see the fact that I couldn’t finish all the reps as a failure, or as a benchmark to start at the next time I worked out. They could be my doing or my undoing. For too long, I’ve seen my inability to complete a set as failure, but I realized it wasn’t. I wasn’t finishing because I was lifting more - because I was trying something new - or because I had pushed hard up to that point. I am beginning to see my failures as points of improvement - places where new challenges are more easily welcomed. You can’t please everybody so don’t even try 💁♀️ I never post pictures like this...why? Because I’m extremely uncomfortable with the way I look. I have put on some weight during exams and it’s taken a tole on my body image. But, if someone is going to judge you at your worst, they don’t deserve you at your best anyway 🤷🏼♀️ we live in a world that all too often shames girls for their weight. I go to the store to try on shirts and all of them fit perfect, except in my arms. At first I wouldn’t even buy new shirts, because I knew my self esteem would go down trying to find something that would fit my arms. And everyone has always felt the need to comment that I have big arms. Granted, some of them meant it as a compliment, I still felt like it was a stab at me. Girls aren’t supposed to have big arms..... right?
Wrong. I began working out to defend myself. To be strong. To be confident. I did not start working out to look perfect or be a twig. I want muscle, to improve, and to test my limits. I don’t go to the store afraid nothing with fit anymore. Partly because I know the shirts that will fit my guns, but I am not embarrassed about it anymore. Hell yeah, I have big arms, BECAUSE I WORKED MY BUTT OFF TO GET THEM!!!! And I’m not going to ever stop pushing to be better, so if you going to try to hold me back from my goals, please get out of my way😘

What's your first thought when you look in the mirror?
Do you instantly search for imperfections? For flaws? For things you need to "fix".
OR do you think to yourself, "look at how far I've come" and "I've made it this far I can't wait to see where I am a month from now!".
Mind set can make or break you... Constantly putting yourself down isn't going to help in your journey, it's only going to make it tougher. The harder on yourself you are, the higher the pressure.
Had a bad day yesterday? Look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself it's okay. We absolutely all have bad days, what are you going to do today that will break the spiral?
This time of year is hard for ALL of us, I don't care who you are.. it's fucking hard. Being in an office setting makes it that much harder.. cookies, holiday lunches.. parties.. you know the deal. Finals are DONE!! Haven't made a post in a while and sorry for that! But as far as priorities go, school will always win over Instagram!! Currently on break at my family's home and I decided to do a little workout in their garage. This is me doing a superset mountain climbers w/ elevated pushups. -
Learned an important lesson this week in Production v. Production Capacity ! Production is your desired result and Production Capacity is an asset that will help give you that result. -
It is the Golden Eggs (Production) and the Production Capacity (The Goose).
Equal focus and energy has to be pit on both these things in order to be efficient and effective in your business, schooling, health journey, etc. -
Too much focus on the Golden Eggs (taking diets to the extreme to get your dream physique) can lead to greediness, poor health, anger, and lack of happiness. Too much focus on the Goose can lead to living in complacency, setting too many realistic goals, and always living below your privileges. -
These things have to be in balance in order to get the results you want. Remember: Production=Production Capacity!!

Picture quality not all that but this is a nice win for me!!! My wife @heidi.arthur got me this shirt almost a year ago. It hasn't been used for anything expect an extra pajama shirt... Until today!!! I wore it to bed and said fuck it, Im owning my fat and rocking it at the gym. The reason this is big for me is I know for a fact people are so worried about what they look like at the gym, or who is looking at them. So many people are worried about what weight their lifting or looking stupid doing a certain excercise. Fuck all that!!!! Your body is not going to change based on other people's perception of it. The clothes dont make you!!! If someone is spending time worrying about what you look like they're wasting their own time.
Own who you are!! Fat, skinny, tall or short, whatever the hell you got going on own it and get after your goals. Tomorrow you may not wake up!!!! STOP Worrying anout the meaningless bullshit in your head and attack your life with reckless abandon!! Nothing is going to come for your worry except fear and doubt, then you'll just be sitting in the same place wishing for things to happen. Im no guru...Im just a regular dude trying to change his life and help other people do the same. So, be happy even when you have small victories.

Goooodmorning babes!! I just completed 3 workouts for my #tiubootycall this morning and I had a 20 min dance party by myself 😂🙌🏼 I had so much energy when I woke up this morning so after the beach barre workout, I did K&K total body and then I did the daily moves 31X through! After that workout I decided to shuffle through some oldies on pandora and I let my freak flag fly and put on a show for my Christmas tree! 🎄😏 It felt so good to set aside a little more time for myself and have fun (even though I’m an awful dancer) hahaha I challenge you to pick a song and dance to it, alone or with a friend or two! I promise it will feel so good! And if you can’t get up and physically dance, play a song and get down in your head! I’m in a weird mood right now so this is the check in you get from me! Couple little gems from last nights shoulder massacre. Started with some heavy straight sets with dumbbell shoulder presses, 6x4 @ 80 lbs, then moved on over to high volume supersets and tri-sets to finish them off.
This tri-set was 4x15 of machine shoulder presses, front/lateral raise, rear delt raise/flye. Ooh that burned so good!!
Don’t buy into the misconception that you have to be moving a bunch of weight for an exercise to be effective. Depending on your goals and where you’re starting, just getting there and putting in the work, getting active and moving around a bit can be enough to get you results.
If you’re new to the gym or working out at all, don’t be scared of the weight room. Don’t be afraid to be seen lifting light weights or look like you don’t know what you’re doing. Guess what?? Everybody starts out new at one point...
Don’t be afraid to watch what others are doing, or to ask questions. And don’t feel like you have to be throwing crazy weights around to get a good workout. Everyone is at a different training level, don’t feel like you should be lifting the same or having the same intensity of workouts as someone who’s been doing it for several years.
Do what feels right for you and your goals, you’re the only person you should be comparing yourself to.

It’s been over 2 years since I have stepped foot on a bodybuilding stage. In that time off, I have taken the time to grow Physically and Mentally. I took the time to learn my body and improve myself. A lot of trial and error and finding what works for me.
It was also trial and error with a few coaches. I had one coach who didn’t believe in my potential. I had one coach who didn’t believe I was putting in the work or following the plan. And then I had one coach who wanted me to take things I didn’t feel comfortable taking.
The biggest advice I have for any competitor is find a coach who fits you. Find someone who listens to you. Find someone who respects you as a person and an athlete. Find someone who believes in you and most importantly... Stay true to yourself. When something feels wrong or you don’t agree with something don’t be afraid to speak up. Don’t be peer pressured into Doing things or taking things you don’t want. Just because a coach has prepped someone else amazingly doesn’t mean the same for you. Every person’s body is different and responds differently to things. Put your Health first, healthy body and healthy mind. 💪🏼❤️
2018 will be my comeback, 2018 I will prove it to myself that I am an unstoppable force. This year is for me, No one else.
2018 is fast approaching. Everyone has big plan/goals for the new year. How many of you have made new year resolution, started off strong, but ended up not completing your goal?🤔 I’ll be honest, this was me in the past. 2017 was actually the first time when I actually took charge of my life. I made goals for myself, worked hard and gave it my all 💯. Even though sometimes my goals didn’t come out the way I wanted, I can gladly look back and say I have no regrets because I was actually able to push myself because I knew I was capable of it.
As 2017 is coming to close, I am proud that I made myself better and made my life different. The thing that made this year different compared to the past years was that I believed in myself and never gave up. There will always be those people who don’t believe in you or make you feel like that you want is never going to happen for you because you don’t have what it takes. Well, I proved them wrong. I said that I was going to make 2017 different. 2017 was going to be MY year, and I did what I said I was going to do.
Now, my new goal for 2018 is to help others more instead of myself. I see so many people out there give up on there hopes and dreams because it either got too hard, felt discouraged from negative people that didn’t believe in them, or just didn’t feel like continuing because they didn’t see results😢. Well, I’m here to tell you thats not true at all. Not everything comes easy. The road to the promise land is always going to be difficult but doesn’t mean you should give up. I will NEVER give up on someone who really wants something👍🏼.

These holidays are hard on everyone’s eating habits. I don’t think i have single client who hasn’t had a guilty pleasure through the holidays. None of these means you’re failing or that you can’t jump back on track after this hectic week ends! It also doesn’t mean that you don’t deserve to enjoy your holidays and time with your family. We ALL do it and that’s okay! It’s temporary and just like the holidays, this time in your journey will pass and you’ll be right back at it!! When you put in work every day then a week ( or two) isn’t going to derail you entirely. 🍬🍰🍪🍭

Here we have Ralph finishing off his session with a 6 min Tabata of battle ropes and slam balls which is going to burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time. Ralph has only been working with us for a month and his chest has gone up 2”, waist is down 1 inch, arms are up a half inch, thighs have gone down 1” and bf% is down 1.5%! Way to go, Ralph and @kryptonianmuscle with @relentlessfitnessllc :)
