He really liked the #plantbased meals I cooked and said he didn't feel as heavy or sluggish afterwards 😊 Happy Friday everybody! (Gotta love that I put Monday at first, the summer ruins me)

So I think after last night, my friends and I are officially in agreement: we're making weekly #homemade dinners a permanent thing!
We went with a #MYO pizza theme this week, and I ended up with a personal Ricotta Pizza with Sautéed Asparagus, Sundried Tomatoes, Kale, and Scallions. We balanced the meal with #plantbased protein from my Summery #Lentil Salad.
