Sebenarnya pesakit insomnia ni , badan dia penat dan lemah bila siang. Mengantuk tahap gaban tapi tak boleh tidur. I have experienced it before. Cukup terseksa 😢.

PART 2: Then why would we think the Human is any different? ***Think about the brick building school that houses our kids. Think about how each child is told to bring their own device. Then there is Wi-Fi in the school. HOW MANY FREQUENCIES ARE PINGING AROUND EACH LITTLE ENERGETIC, MAGNETIC BODY? EACH BABY IS GETTING BEAMED all day, every day, & yet we're wondering why they "can't pay attention"? And then they haven't had a snack in 4 hours.
Each & every day we are subjecting ourselves and our children to a toxic environment that is literally frying us. Wi-Fi is frying our brain. #ELF waves sabotage our #biology . We inhale #chemtrail toxicity. We are consuming foods that are weakening our immune systems & drinking #water laden w/ toxins. Collectively, these factors manifest as #apathy , #lethargy , #depression , #anxiety , and #disease . And instead of most of us saying, "Whoa! This shit ain't workin'", we hear, "Let's find a #medication " &"Well, just accept the way it is", AS IF GOD GAVE UP.
GOD IS IN OUR FACE! Thats why all the YUCK! We must SEE IT before we can RECTIFY IT. And WE HAVE THE POWER! Each of us can retrofit aspects of our participation & consumption in favor of a more favorable existence! We can clean our water. We can eat reduce the pollutants in our foods. #Eat & #fast for true #health - using FOOD AS FUEL, not comfort. We can limit our screen time. Turn off Wi-Fi when not in use. Distance #phones & modems while sleeping. Learn about our selves as energetic vessels. Get outside, in #nature , and touch #Earth every day. WE CAN RECALIBRATE OURSELVES AND OUR #CHILDREN .
All of this is within our control. We start in our own home, first. I know this way of thinking is brand new for many. I WANT TO BE CRYSTAL CLEAR HERE: my intention is not to blame nor ridicule. I simply want to inform. That way, WE HAVE CHOICES. Many of us have made the choices we have made as that's all we've known! It is time for more, GROUNDED IN GOD, options.

Here are some tips to get you through this winter.
1. Get a Vitamin-D supplement ( talk to your health care practitioner about brand and dosage).
2. Eat warm foods, drink hot beverages.
3. Spend time with friends and family, cook and eat together.
4. Try to get some physical activity even though it seems impossible. Try to start your day with a 15 min workout, could be anything, do this to get your body moving.( I have been failing to do this for the last week)
5. Get a SAD lamp, these lamps simulate sun light and help with the blues in this season. Look up SAD lamps, this can be very helpful to deal with the winter blues.
6. Write 5 things you are grateful for every morning and start your day with a positive note.

Below is a shared experince of someone who experiences PMDD written in second person:
Having premenstrual dsyphoric disorder, you almost instantly feel that your period is vastly approaching each month, from the sudden shifts in mood. Cancellation of plans made while you were in a better mood because you satrt feeling less sociable.
Certain scents can make you feel nauseous or even certain sounds can make you irritable. Feeling like you could eat everything in the fridge and let's not forget the cravings or you can have a complete lack of apetite. You have a lack of energy to do things which makes you feel hopeless. You can go from sleeping too little to sleeping too much and still feel exhausted.
At your worst you can even experience intrusive thoughts and no matter how much you try to distract yourself from them, it's as if your mind siezes every little detail making you on edge and slightly anxious.
Aside from the psychological aspect of this, you also feel bloated, aching muscles and cramping in your belly. These are only a few of the symptoms but they can start sometimes up to 2 weeks before my period.
PMDD often goes undiagnosed but if you feel as though you are experiencing these symptoms cycliclly then you can visit your GP, as they may suggest methods to better manage these symptoms. Some have found that oral contraceptives are useful but this effect can vary between individuals.

💡AA is malignant tumor developed from astrocytes that support the #brain and the spinal cord. AA is a grade 3 (high grade) Astrocytoma based on the grading system of WHO.
