Nonstop panic attacks😫😧
Well..Besides of horrible and annoying long ass processes and a certain doc... Flashbacks are horrifying and frking evil. Words, thoughts and feelings/emotions that time is still as clear as yesterday.. FML
The whole stress and recovery... added with that ordeal.. hasn't been great with my sleep or any moment by myself.
I'm just dumb af.. I'm pissed, hurt, disappointed, frustrated...
&&&caan I have any more conflicting feelings?😠
And shit.. did you know ptsd is not limited to sexual abuse, childhood trauma, and war veterans? Ffffffk....
I want to forget as I leave things as cut.(And I will)
..but some part of me wonders if closure could happen or wonders if they regret or realise the consequences of their actions or words.
But tbh.. that'd be a miracle.. egos and selfishness is all there is really...
I'm just glad I'm somewhat free from that. I'm really thankful of those that had visited me or expressed their support even if they're really "opposed" or awkward to the thingy and place. You have no idea what your kindness did for me then....
Someone stopping with intent to educate themselves and not making it about them.. is rreally amazing. (Or simply someone stepping out of their own ass for one second and get a heart..and soul.. but that's a rarity for some.)
Ugh...just would like it the most if those ignorant fools who caused it to not act like they're sooo "kindd" and saints..
