Buffalo Cauliflower lettuce wrap anyone? The buffalo cauliflower “wings” are soft and tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. I added sprouts and avocado into the wrap and they really complimented the “wings” perfectly. Drizzled some vegan ranch on top and dinner is served 🧡
How to make the baked wings 👉🏼 you’ll need a head of cauliflower 1 cup of buffalo sauce, 1/2 cup of water, 1 tsp of cumin, 1 tsp of paprika, a dash of pepper, 1/4 tsp of Salt and 3/4 cup of almond flower. Dip cauliflower into batter and mix together. Pour onto baking sheet and let bake for 30 minutes on 400. #vegandinner#cauliflowerwings
