Injury Updates: So yesterday the Nationals lost 3-1 to the Padres but the important thing is that Strasburg looked strong and healthy. Along with the good outing by Strasburg there is good news. Trea Turner and Jayson Werth start their rehab assignments tomorrow. Max Scherzer is also expected to make his start when he is eligible to be activated from the 10 day DL. However, there is some bad news, Ryan Madson has a strained finger and it hasn't progressed well. Hopefully the team is all healthy by October. The Cavalry is coming!
I've been saying this to you for years. It works like this with all disease. You don't just wake up one day and have cancer. It's brewing for years in advance and it's related to the food you eat and the lifestyle you live. Health is a choice. Choose wisely.
Do you know what this means? It means cancer cells are in your body, in your blood, YEARS before they show up on imaging or exam. See my previous post. The body is constantly scavenging for them and cleaning them up. And did you also know once you have a cancer you are at High risk of having another one. Let's CLEAN IT UP. #cancer#functionalmedicine#nutrigenomics#dna#methylation#itsalifestyle#drdebbie#lookgoodnaked#lgn#functionalnutrition
Working on some new LGN recipes.
Hints for this one: spaghetti squash, bacon, broccoli, onions, a "gravy" made from full fat coconut milk, bacon fat and sea salt and pepper. Tastes delish!
Find it surprising we eat like this and still lose weight? We eat fat to get thin!
One of my LGN Challengers sharing how she's mastering her healthy lifestyle! I love seeing these updates and knowing they are really grasping the concepts behind an anti-inflammatory diet.
