😂😂 this cracked me up! Luckily the sweets all went to a friend. Well, Spencer kept the M&M’s... we forgot to bring in the chips to a party and now have them in the house which is dangerous for me 😂😳
What do you have to keep out of your house because it is tempting?
I ❤️ that my workout was only 25 minutes. But doing slow reps followed by speed helps me feel it when I’m done. We have a holiday party today so I wanted to get this done first. Now I am confident I will make better food decisions since I am proud of my hard work. I will also fill up on yummy veggies before I have treats. Other helpful tricks are to stand far away from the food table so I am not mindlessly snacking while talking. Using smaller plates can help trick your brain into thinking you are full and have eaten enough. I also get my 💦 in which helps. Finally, I will have a bite of select treats but I will share them. That way, I get to enjoy some treats but not over do it.
What are some strategies you use to get through your holidays and still fit into your clothes?
Earlier this week - the floor at The Original Pantry Cafe in front of the cashier station - cash only. The Pantry as it is called by locals, is a 24-hour eatery on the corner of 9th and Figueroa in Downtown Los Angeles, California. It seats 84 people and serves up to 2,200 people a day. It is said to serve 90 tons of bread (over 460 loaves a day) and 10.5 tons of coffee a year. When The Pantry opened in 1924, it consisted of one room, a 15-stool counter, a small grill, a hot plate and sink. It changed locations in 1950, to make room for a freeway off-ramp. It served lunch at the original site and served dinner at the new site. Since opening, it has only been close once, on November 26, 1997 the day before Thanksgiving at the order of a Los Angeles County health inspector for 36 minor health code violations. Interestingly, the owner, Richard Riordan, was Mayor of Los Angeles at the time. #theoriginalpantrycafe#thepantry#dtla#southpark#losangeles#livingwell#lovinglife#eatingwell#eatinghealthy#enjoyinglife#fit#diet#lifeatthebeach#newportbeach#orangecounty#oc#southerncalifornia#california#lifewelllived
