I've been on celery juice every morning for the last two years. Celery juice became my coffee. It became my comfort blanket in my healing journey. It was the first habit I implemented in my @medicalmedium protocol. And I tell literally EVERYONE about it.

Morning reads and a green juice. Something pretty crazy happened this week that I can't stop thinking about. I recently began taking on diet and nutrition clients and helping people with something that I am truly passionate about. One of my clients was scheduled to undergo gastric bypass surgery in a few weeks - a procedure that changes the way you have to live and eat forever and has many potential risks. She emailed me Monday to discuss canceling her surgery due to all of the progress that has been made. To see the huge impact that healthy changes can make on one's life in such a short amount of time is beyond crazy. Nothing beats fresh dug turmeric and ginger. These from Roots Farm at the @aquidneckgrowers farmers market💕. Fresh turmeric tastes milder, more like a carrot has a pleasant crisper texture than when it is aged. Add it to smoothies, juice it, chop it up and add to vegetable dishes etc.Fresh ginger is crisp, easy to slices, almost juicy, and beautifully potent and delicious. I wait all year for these babies! Reclaimers of Health is an idea that started from a combination of divine grace and sheer grit. Despite living active, healthy lifestyles and having a background in holistic nutrition, we both became very sick and could no longer care for ourselves, our children, work or even leave the house. It was completely devastating. We live on opposite coasts but we were introduced by a mutual friend, as we were both going through the same ordeal . We bonded over the similarities between our health, our thoughts around what was happening to us and also our goals for the future. We were both really passionate about wanting a big, beautiful life full of service, family, and adventure so we were determined to find a way of completely healing.
After spending thousands on testing and all kinds of doctors, we were both diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and Lyme Disease (and many other mystery conditions). However, despite digging into the latest research, following the popular protocols, and receiving additional training, we were both still very sick and knew we were missing a big piece of the puzzle. We couldn’t shake the feeling that there was something undiscovered going on in our bodies and that we could also truly heal from it.
We eventually found exactly what we were looking for in Anthony William and the Medical Medium book. Like so many others, we found our story in its pages and finally had the explanations and solutions that no one else had provided. After speaking with Anthony, we finally had the answers to what had happened, how it happened, and exactly what our bodies needed to recover.
Watching our own bodies heal has been an incredible thing to witness. So many things cleared up fairly quickly, other symptoms come and go as they heal, and even deeper parts of our bodies will be healing for years to come. The emotional and spiritual focus of Anthony’s message was (and still is) just as important to us as the health information. We both truly felt broken by our loss of health and lack of solutions.@medicalmedium message was the tangible answer to an unspoken whisper we had heard all along, deep inside, urging us to keep searching for truth.

Orange juice has been a game changer for us. August hit a wall with his healing back in August and we couldn't get past it. But at one of our sessions with Kimberly from @reclaimersofhealth she suggested trying fresh squeezed orange juice to get some more vitamin c in for liver support. At first I was scared. We're told that citrus can trigger eczema and make it worse. But we tried it anyway. Slow at first. A syringe full once a day. We started seeing improvements the FIRST day!! He's still not clear but his eczema has gone down by at least 50%!! 🙌🏻 he's scratching less as well. I am so so thankful for @medicalmedium and his protocols and Kimberly for being our guide and getting rid of our fears. What has been a game changer for you in your healing?
Completely and utterly obsessed ~ two of my absolute favourites ... start my day with 🌱celery juice 🌱followed by the best, sweetest and juiciest honeydew melons 🍈 They have been INCREDIBLE lately ~ I never really liked them all that much but I think it's because I hadn't got my hands on really sweet juicy ones before, only knowing them as watery mild tasting melon... but these 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼Actually heaven sent 👼 Thankyou angels ✨
Plant based lifestyles don't have to be boring! Salads can be fun, creative, delicious and nourishing. I love experimenting with random vegetables + fruits to throw on top of leafy greens.... most of the time it's just whatever I have leftover 😜
One of the best things is that I get to be creative!! And let me tell you, not everything turns out delicious 😳 But hey, it's trial and error to see what doesn't and does work! Plus when you have more fun, you make more of a connection to your food that makes it so much more healing for you! 🌱

We are standing in truth. This is my WHY. This is why I show up.
I recently was working with a coach for myself, and we were talking about devotion. And it became clear to me that I have a sacred devotion to the TRUTH, and to sharing what comes from a higher source that is compassionate and a path of healing.
I am deeply devoted to this work. Devotion means I show up even when I do not feel 100% and it would be easier to just lay in bed and sleep! But the devotion to the TRUTH gets me out of bed each morning to serve and share and to help and to support. It means that I am calling someone back with a severe emergency late at night, or super early in the morning. It means showing up even when someone hangs up on me. Or if someone calls me a scam. Or to help that person who is having a complete crisis in faith.
It does not matter what. I am devoted to sharing the TRUTH. I am devoted to YOUR healing. I am devoted to helping you believe that you CAN. And you WILL.
I am devoted to you in a private session, a group program, or here on FB and IG.
I am honored to stand with ALL of you. You are amazing humans. Thank you ALL for being the light that the world much needs.

The biggest improvements in my health (and everything for that matter) have come when I've acted on the quiet promptings I've received through prayer. And reading these books and applying specific information in them to my life have been one of those promptings or impressions I've personally had. (Medical Medium and Life Changing Foods, both written by Anthony William.) So, I hope that if you are struggling with anything. Anything at all! That you will turn to God in prayer and pour out your soul to Him and ask for specific answers and then act on those promptings and impressions you get! God loves you and knows you by name. He cares about you! 💕
Halloween is coming and last year at this time i was prob on my 3rd bag of funsize candy bars by now... but this year i am sitting around eating plain romaine lettuce as a snack. My my how things have changed 🤣😂 I wouldn’t have it any other way. These dates are ridiculous and could rival any caramel out there. Lately i am really into flooding my body with as much raw nutrients as possible. I am trying my hardest to eat all raw everyday and have eliminated eating potatoes at lunch so now im for real raw til 4. Im mainly doing the HMD for lunch with some extra greens. And have been experiencing some detox symptoms from being raw all day. But im really hoping to experiment with more raw dinner recipes and ease into it. My body will tell me when im ready! “Momma, can I have dessert?” ABSOLUTELY!!!
My kids can have as much dessert as they want because this is our dessert! Fruit. Lots of fruit. And they love it! We have this bowl of clementines sitting on the table at all times, and the kids can help themselves to as many as they want. Or grab a banana. Or an apple. Or a pear. Or some melon. Whatever we have on hand! 🍌🍑🍇🍓🍒

Those who follow me regularly know that I had a scare recently with a mammography from 2015 that I forgot to follow up. Well, I had the ultrasound a couple of months ago but my appointment for the follow up mammogram was not until two weeks ago. The results were simply amazing.🙌 *
Comparing both tests, I had some microcalcifications that are now totally gone (yass 💃completely!) and there are fewer and smaller axillary lymph nodes. These might be normal signs of aging but with the symptoms I had back in 2015, they could have meant something else.
What have I done differently? In 2016, I began my Medical Medium healing journey. I have been eating food as medicine just as Anthony 😇teaches us every single day. 🙏✨And as I recently told my husband, every time I cook, or prepare a tea, or a salad or something else, I just feel such a joy because I know this is healing our bodies. 💫I believe in the power of nature, I believe in the capacity of the body to heal itself and I trust blindly Anthony William showing me how.🙌🌟 😬My BIRADS went back to nothing to worry about. 🙏✨So before I end this post, let me say thanks not only to Medical Medium but also to the wonderful turmeric, to the miracle workers wild blueberries, to the super healing garlic cloves, to the life elixir celery juice and to all those amazing foods I eat everyday. Ginger...Nature's miracle food and one of my favourite life-changing foods. Truly, it's life-changing! In one word, STRESS. We all experience it in our lives. And the state of the planet right now gives us plenty of opportunities to experience it even more, sometimes putting us in a state of fight or flight which can be hard on our bodies. Little did I know the important role stress played in my life and in my health. I was relieved to learn though, that there is something we can do about it. According to @medicalmedium, never winding down can set us up to be hyperreactive. He shares with us that Ginger is one of the most important tools for giving us respite from a reactive state. I was amazed to learn that even after we finally start to check out mentally and emotionally, the physical body often stays reactive in a heightened spasmodic state. This is how stress-related illnesses such as adrenal fatigue, acid reflux, sleep apnea, spastic bladder, insomnia, digestive issues such as spastic colon and gastritis and chronic muscle pain can get kicked up. I can attest to this as I have suffered from severe adrenal fatigue as well as many of the other symptoms listed here. In his book, Life-Changing Foods, Anthony informs us that Ginger is the ultimate antispasmodic and that a cup of ginger tea can calm an upset stomach and any other areas of tension for up to 12 hours.
