🌟 The best way to meet your grander vision is to visualize what it is you want.
It’s not a secret, in fact many take visualization for granted. They know if you repeatedly visualize achieving your goal … in complete detail... #TruthBomb Your muscle and neural pathways will catch on and develop it as if you were actually performing those actions.
Years ago, I was living on the East Coast, managing a bookstore, working until midnight plus juggling the demands of raising a 6 year old on my own. 💥I was constantly stressed, out of sorts and trying to figure out how to balance a career, the long hours and a 6 year old, childcare and all the demands that go with them both.
It was no life for the two of us.
So I made a decision. Save money, quit my job and move back across the country to my family.
I sat down one day and wrote it all out.
I made a vision board with exactly what I wanted.
I included the location, the new job I wanted and where I’d live.
I visualized it daily, talked about it outloud to myself 😜and looked at my vision board every chance I got.
Within two months I had the even money saved.
I found a great deal on a moving van.
I gave notice and finally packed up the car and headed back across the country.
Within one month of moving back, I had an entry level job in with the school I visualized working at and within a year I was the school administrator. 💥
✔︎Exactly what I had on the vision board.
If I can do it .. Loves ... You can too!
You do it by visualizing in absolute detail what it will feel like when you achieve your major goal or vision, for your life or business.
You want to visualize it down to the minute details, the smells, the sights, the sounds, your surroundings, your emotions and what you’ll be doing etc.
Write it down, use images and then read it, feel it and look at it each day, in the morning and at night and every hour in between that you can.
Then pay attention to the inspiration that comes from your visualization and take action.
What goal or vision can you visualize to the smallest detail? Have you written it out? Are you living as if you were there right now today? 💕
How easy is it to get caught up in analyzing, reading, or listening to videos and audio trying to figure out your next move?
When we do this (yes, I'm guilty too) we get stuck in a never ending cycle. •
As you make plans this Sunday in preparation for your next move, put it into action ASAP and work the kinks as you go!

Observe your thoughts. Don't judge them, observe them. How many times has a thought popped into your mind - let's say some kind of judgmental thought about a colleague at work and, instantly, you jump into judgment mode, finding fault with yourself for even thinking something negative about someone else.
I would suggest an alternative solution to unwanted thoughts. Instead of quickly dismissing them and then judging yourself harshly for having such thoughts, start from the premise that thoughts are neither right nor wrong. They just are. It's what you do with your thoughts that introduce the "rightness" or "wrongness" of them. In other words, in the purported words of Martin Luther, "You cannot keep a bird from flying over your head; what you can do is prevent it from building a nest in your hair." #lifecoaching#josvoyage#spiritual#enlightenment#life
Lately I’ve been noticing how much I censor myself.
I can’t write *that*... it’ll turn off my audience.
I can’t say *those* things... I might lose subscribers.
At the beginning of this year I took part in a business program, and one of the exercises was to come up with a “movement” - a thing to “stand for”.
My movement was about realness, about being genuine in an online space that often feels so artificial.
But despite my intention to keep it real, I still hold back, abridge, sanitize, repress...
I let fear keep me ordinary and safe.
I almost didn’t post this... what would people think? What if I look stupid? What if blah blah blah?
Screw it. I’m pushing myself. To be more real. To face the risk of lost followers and say it anyway. 💌
Today is the anniversary of my baby’s funeral - something no parent should have to experience.
It was a day of great sorrow but so much love. With over 100 friends and family supporting us, we bid farewell to our baby who only we had held, but clearly had brought so much love with him.💙 Taking a day to honour a child they had not met showed us how caring, kind and compassionate our friends and family are. 🙏🏻 Yet another blessing that our angel boy brought to us.
Our story is shared on the blog (Joyhopelove.com/blog) or link in bio. 💙
There were tears shed and stories shared. There was the food that we couldn’t get enough of. There was the laughter over wine and cheese. There was morning meditation and the pampering indulgence of massage. I’m still going to be processing this incredible experience the whole day.
But the moments that mattered most to me were these quiet ones of writing. Each of the writers carved out their own nook, welcomed inspiration and allowed magic to happen. There were poems written at midnight and ideas that clicked over dinner. There was clarity over the projects to pursue. There were realizations about personal writing processes.
I still can’t believe what just transpired over four days but I am awed at everyone’s courage to give themselves the gift of time to pursue a long-held dream. •
A smile is a gift of their presence...smile back a little bit brighter
A hug...squeeze back just a little bit tighter
A touch...hold on just a little longer
A compliment...thank them just a little sweeter
A gaze...look back into their eyes a little fonder #now#human#connections

Who else loves to plan their week ahead of time on Sundays?
I usually take a moment to reflect on the previous week. What went well, what I learnt, what could have been done better. I aim to get into a productive state of accomplishment + gratitude BEFORE taking a look at my calendar for the week ahead 💫🙌
From that high vibrating place, I block off certain chunks of time around my meetings, trainings & coaching calls based on my priorities.
I then write out my intentions for the following 3 categories: Self, Relationships, Career / Calling and once I’m done I keep them on a digital post-it note on my desktop 🤓💻👌
I’ve tried many tools & strategies for planning & time + priority management but what I’ve discovered is that NOTHING beats simplicity + discipline. Fancy tools, apps and journals are secondary 😜
Do you have an #IntentionSettingSunday routine? What is it?
Life is beautiful in small things -
Why? - Because the biggest things in life are felt better when you learn to apreciate the smallest just as much as the great ones -
This is just me saying the Good life is not when life is going ok, its when you know 'what' is good in that life and here's the kicker.. Enjoy it🍕realy look at how Blessed it is to be able to eat and how the body and mind delight in it! Give thanks and be Grateful for what you have.
Think about it, how can lifes treasures be fully enjoyed if you have come to take them for granted? Why is it that a kid looks upon every detail and happening as a joyous occasion and always enthusiastic? Could it be that growing up and being overthrown by responsabilities, pressure, stress and superficial materialism took that innocence away from you? Is it possible to get it back? Offcourse it is, dont let life beat you down and rob you of its pleasures by loosing your youth and innocence. •
Remember the way this goes is people ruin all things in life but life itself has no part in that, and i for one believe in a reason for the season and His name is Jesus not the mal interpretation of men, but a scientific one based on historical evidence, moral laws, order and complexity and the wonderous mystery of love. You see no doubt about it, i believe in Good and therefore i believe in God, for it is men who corrupted the world and not the One who made it. Its called free wil.. before you start pointing a finger above📖🌸🙏🏻😉
Many adults have rediscovered the benefits of coloring as a way of connecting with themselves and sparking creativity. It was very natural to color as a child with all the wonder, joy, and exploration. Now it may be a challenge for adults to try the task without bringing any judgment. It doesn't have to be within the lines, the "proper" colors, or confined to the image on the page. Allow for self-discovery to occur when coloring to bring forth a greater awareness or expression.

Spent the weekend in the company of these two beautiful gals. Strong, courageous, bright as buttons, wonderful and inspirational mothers both. I am a better person for having them in my life. This picture of us was taken years ago, way before kids and major life decisions but the love and excellent accessories are still going strong. Hope your weekend was full of love, wherever you are x 💕
