If you are someone that is limited on time to get your training done, why not incorporate some tabata sessions during your week to stay on top of your fitness, even if life is crazy busy! It takes less then 20 minutes, is straight to the point, easy and can be done anywhere; even your own loungeroom! Tabata consists of short bursts of any exercise (such as battle ropes, skipping, burpees, box jumps, sprints, spin bike etc) at max effort for 20 seconds followed by a short rest of 10 or so seconds to recover just enough to tackle the next round! Go for 8 rounds non stop and then done! For those of ypu who need or want a little bit more, up it to 10-15 rounds and see how you go! Remember max effort means NOTHING left in the tank so once the stop watch starts, give it everything you've got. Do this short intense workout often and watch your fitness level go ☝️ and your body fat go 👎Enjoy...🔥

Fin dalla nascita siamo condizionati da obblighi, divieti, credenze ed aspettative che creano il nostro modello di pensiero limitando le nostre emozioni e che, crescendo, ci allontanano dal nostro vero IO.
Arriviamo al punto di non sapere più chi siamo e viviamo una vita di insoddisfazioni, di incoerenza e piena di dubbi.
Lottiamo contro noi stessi per la paura del giudizio, del fallimento, del rifiuto, dell’abbandono, del riconoscimento e dell’amore!
Se nella nostra vita continuano a ripresentarsi situazioni simili che inducono sofferenza, significa che stiamo usando sempre gli stessi schemi mentali che rispondono ai stessi nostri bisogni.
Poiché “attraggo” ciò che sono, arriverà solo quello di cui ho bisogno per la mia evoluzione.
Succede quindi che ciò che in realtà vorrei a livello inconscio non venga neppure preso in considerazione poiché non sappiamo effettivamente “cosa vogliamo”! Continueremo ad attrarre quello che ancora è irrisolto in noi e fintanto che non cambieremo le nostre convinzioni e i nostri schemi mentali.
L’Universo non ci abbandona e ci aiuta fornendoci un potente strumento: “La legge dello specchio”! L’Universo ci mostra parti di noi stessi nelle persone e negli eventi, che dovremmo trattare sulla nostra interiorità... osservando ciò che ci disturba, potremo vedere quello che rifiutiamo di noi stessi.
Quando qualcosa non ti piace, chiediti a quale parte di te corrisponde ciò che non ti piace negli altri o nelle situazioni esterne.
Come possiamo sfruttare a nostro vantaggio la Legge dello specchio?
Quando qualcosa o qualcuno ti da fastidio, poniti le seguenti domande: 
1.	che cosa dice di me stesso questo episodio o questa persona?
2.	quale aspetto di me stesso rivedo in esso? 
Lo scopo di questa “analisi” non è perdonarsi, né colpevolizzarsi… serve semplicemente per “conoscere se stessi” e capire a che punto siamo del nostro percorso! 
Una volta compresa la Legge dello Specchio così come si manifesta nella nostra vita, possiamo finalmente prendere il mano il timone e iniziare a gestirla con responsabilità.

Day 12...Zoom out for balance. On Friday, I spent the morning presenting to 110 employees on how to adopt the Juggler’s Mindset to better juggle their roles & responsibilities, and be open to new possibilities for innovation and growth. In the afternoon, I attended a professional development & networking event with the National Speakers Association, NYC. After 10+ hours with travel (the longest I’ve been away from my 10 month old so far, and so hard!), I made it home to spend the evening cuddled up, reading ‘Good Night, Beach’ to my favorite guy. Days like this are fulfilling and exhausting. I think we have to accept that not every day - or any day! - will feel perfectly balanced. Some days are skewed towards work and some days towards family. Some days we’re wearing business attire and speaking to inspire professionals and networking with and learning from our colleagues …(and in between pumping breastmilk in the bathroom)…and some days we’re in sweatpants and covered in oatmeal that the kid won’t eat and playing with blocks and loving every minute of it …(and squeezing in a call or webinar or email)… We have to make compromises, prioritize, and choose what to focus on. Over time and with intention, we can create a balanced life. We have to zoom out. It’s hard to feel balanced in the moment. I think acknowledging this is the first step towards enjoying the moment we’re in. @oprah said it: “You can have it all. As I’m surrounded by lush green landscapes and abundant juicy food, I think of the meaning of nourishment. It’s so important to be clear on what’s nourishing and what’s draining you. What are the things, emotions, places, people that you want to surround yourself with, that fill you up, make you feel happy and serene? Check in on your choices in your life. What’s an area you want to become more conscious of, maybe make some changes? What or who do you need to say yes or no to? Be courageous to always choose the most nourishing option and watch how your life vibrates with more flow, ease and joy.
