Baked cod dinner from the other night. Forgot to post this one.... Baked cod + lemon + asparagus + mashed @bulletproof style cauliflower (Brain Octane Oil was of course used). To make the mashed cauliflower add grass-fed ghee, ACV, MCTs, salt, and kick of lemon juice in a food processor. Blend until well puréed. #eatrealfood
The purge has finally made it's way to my office and I have been moving/donating/tossing whatever we don't actually need. It surprisingly feels so much better to have less in the space! Since I ditched so much junk and made tons of room, I justified whipping up this mat to add to this cozy lil corner. Anyone else love sitting on the ground? I can't wait to plant my butt on this thing, turn out the lights and get my meditation on 💗
As part of my big push to get our house in some sort of manageable state I'm cleaning out and cleaning up the garage for the umpteenth time in almost six years of living in this house. One thing that has shit me for a while is how we always live that scene from the movie The Castle where they have to move the Kingswood to move the Gemini so that they can get the Commodore out (or whichever cars they mention). It's like that with our bike situation. But not now. I bought a four bike floor stand and hopefully if everyone puts their bikes back where they belong, we won't have that issue anymore. #lifehack
Little parenting trick! I'm sure you've seen this before, I'm just here to tell you how EASY and CHEAP this is. If your car or truck doesn't have over head a.c. vents then you know how hott your little one can get in his or her rear facing car seat during the summer. So if you don't feel like paying top dollar for an over priced child version of this that does the exact same thing, here ya go! I decided to hook mine up to the feet blower under neath my seat, just about every car will have these, so it looks a lot cleaner than trying to hook it up to your front vents like most are designed for. All you need is,
1.) A single 8 ft. by 4 in. ALUMINUM air duct lining. I prefer aluminium because it doesn't store heat like most other materials will.
2.) A roll of metal air duct tape. This tape is preferred because it's sturdy, easy to work with, and will do a better job at keeping air in the tube.
3.) Some zip ties to hang and hold your air duct lining.
4.) Unnecessary but helps. An oval shaped plastic air duct tube to cover your vent under the seat. Not needed, just makes everything cleaner and more professional looking. It's not visible, so you don't really NEED this.
This list is well under 15 dollars, and only takes 15 to 20 minutes to hook all this up. Summer is right around the corner so do your kid a solid and hook em up with something like this! He or she will appreciate it, I'm sure. I'm more than likely going to end up painting it black to match my interior, but that's your call lol.
Hey @ucfjules I'm pretty sure "little clicky thing" is the technical term or if. Either that or " in-line audio controls". One of the two. Regardless, go follow @ucfjules for funny memes! And go-go gadget little clicky thing!
