We made it to Friday! 🎉 We're taking @katenorthrup's wise words to heart by allowing ourselves to take the time to slow down this weekend and savior those little moments. Click the link in our bio to start your weekend off right 🙌
True Confessions™ Time: Want to know how much of a dork I am? I hesitated before deciding to post this picture because I hate the way my legs look in it. •
Isn't that RIDICULOUS? I mean, I'm rolling my eyes even typing it. But the more I looked at the picture, I remembered how happy I was that day - how warm it was, how beautiful the breeze was, how nice it was spending the day with my husband. •
So, I'm working on getting over it. There's a woman taking a selfie over there on the right - she's doing her thing. That seagull? He's living his best life. And the guy taking the picture? He thinks I'm a goddess. •
I hope you all have a great weekend! 💕

About the film: After a 3 month solo trip through South America, a Brazilian friend introduced me to Altinha, a beach game born in the sands of Ipanema beach, Rio de Janeiro which aim is to keep a soccer ball as high up in the air for as long as possible, using the whole body with exception of the hands. Altinha’s collaborative philosophy and near absence of rules clashes with our contemporary society every day more driven by competition and profit. In a time where Brazil is facing a dramatic resurgence of violence and social discrepancies, “Altinha” explores the world seen through the eyes of a few obsessive players, revealing an unexpected faith in human nature. Altinha is about the game of life, about obsession, about beauty, simplicity and optimism. .
