No phone, no emails, no social media.
Easier said than done, but it's a 5-second decision to be made as I am learning in a new book I'm reading.
In other news I hit snooze again this morning.🤦♀️And then ironically read in my book that scientists have proven that when you hit snooze it has such a negative impact on your brain function that it can decrease your productivity that can last up to 4 hours once you finally get up. And if our most productive hours are the first 2-3 after waking, well you get the point. So... noted! Wiser every day.✌
