I love this: I did back and chest today and I decided on doing dumbbell rows. When I started my set, this area was empty. 2 reps in, I had some company doing the exact same exercise 😂😂😂 Only possible @all_inn_fitness 🤣💪🏻

This is what me and my dad call #wolfsets we made it up, we don't really know what it is but feel free to try it and look stupid in the gym whilst doing weird things and stretches because you can't go to the gym and not mess about a lil bit lets be honest🤷🏼♀️ Hope everyone had a good Tuesday 👍🏼

When people first meet me, they have no idea that I battled obesity for over 15 years, they have no idea that I weighed over 200 lbs and lost 75+ lbs all naturally. People have no idea that doctors labeled me "disabled" due to nerve damage in my right leg, foot and ankle and in my left arm, hand and fingers. People have no idea that I still battle nerve damage at times. All people see is some crazy #barbellyogi who won't stop lifting weights and practicing yoga ... and that's because I know not everybody has the privilege to be able to be move without pain, without restrictions due to physical limitations. There was a time I had to use a cane to walk and an ankle foot orthotic in order not to trip. There was a time when I prayed to be able to walk to the bathroom without my sciatica sending shooting pain throughout my leg. My prayers were somehow answered. I don't know how or why God gave me a second chance to be active after I treated my body like crap and took my health for granted. All I can do to show gratitude is to remain active, honor my body and remind others that being physically active is a privilege that should not be taken for granted. If you knew that you would not be able to walk or move without pain, would that change your perspective and priorities on how many times you made it to the gym, yoga, running, etc? Back and bicep progress for the win! I learned how to perform preacher curls more effectively today and boy did I feel the difference. Little changes can make such a difference in muscle activation. This will also help increase muscular growth. Now to work on my rear delt recruitment and develop more muscle separation in back.

Been pulling conventional recently because my hip is in too much pain to pull sumo and it's definitely been paying off .. 70 lb PR?! 💥PROS & CONS OF STRENGTH TRAINING💥
🦄What's important to know about this list of pros and cons is it is 100% irrefutable scientific fact, taken directly from real life science studies using researchers and measuring spoons and thermometers and lab coats. This, my friend, is the gold standard of science. And, well, if you don't believe this, you probably don't even believe in the deathly hallows.
🌽Worth noting, there are many more pros than those listed in the graphic. Yes, strength training increases your metabolism and makes your muscles more defined. And, of course, it gives you the strength to beat up Death Eaters as well as be named the designated pickle jar opener among your friends and family.
🥁But there's more. A lot more. And I don't want to spoil the fun so suffice to say research has found those who strength train are literally immortal, have the best butts, and are really really really ridiculously good at sex and stuff and things.
