SHOULDAAAA CIRCUIT ⭐️💪🏼🎥
i did this circuit at the end of my shoulder / arm day this week and LOVEEEED it. TRX bands have slowly become a favorite of mine to add into upper body days. SWIPE ➡️ and do these 4 exercises with no rest in between; 3-4 sets x 10 reps each and let me know how ya feel the next day 😈

Started my #humpday with a dessert protein pita pizza 🙌🏻 Topped a warmed pita with peanut butter chocolate protein icing, a dollop of pb, a banana, cheerios and coconut flakes 😋 So yeah this was pretty crazy freaking delicious! It’s crazy how slow this week is going but we are halfway there and i’m going out to dinner with my lab tonight so life isn’t bad 😝 Who else loves pita pizzas??? 😍

Only had time for a quick 45 minute back and bis workout yesterday, but it did the trick. Try to keep up the intensity with no longer than 30-45 second rest between sets and you should be sore the next day 🤙🏼 If you are pressed for time give this one a try
1️⃣ Pronated single arm high rows 4 x 10-12
2️⃣ Single arm concentrated lat pull downs 4 x 15 each side
3️⃣ Supinated grip cable rows 4 x 10
4️⃣ Neutral grip lat pushdowns 4 x 15
5️⃣ Single arm preacher curls 4 x 10
6️⃣ Single arm cable curls behind head for full ROM 4 x 15
Since the HIIT circuit was in the lead, I figured I’d record it before I had to leave to for work. But if you voted for the resistance band leg workout, don’t worry! I’ll be filming that later this week, so keep an eye out 😉
You can perform this at home ORRRR at the gym! It’s always good to switch up your cardio, so take a break from your normal treadmill walk or stair master workout & try this instead!
Videos are sped up, but just make sure you’re doing these at a speed where you can feel the burn & really make that mind to muscle connection.
