Few weeks back when Jade did her first ever leg session. She never done any of these exercises before, but she is fast learner and always train hard .
When you learn new exercises is important to know few things:
Your body mobility and range of movement
Why do you do this exercise, etc
Squats, lunges and dead lifts are one of the best leg exercises but i have clients who don't do them at the start of their personal training journey. The reason why is because their body is not ready , mobility is very poor,they have no idea how to braise their core, muscles are lazy.
I see on a daily basis very poor technique, people using way too heavy weight , no control and very poor range of movement.

Such an awesome experience to step on stage. The most rewarding part was knowing I had put all the hard work in for the past 6 months of dieting and training!
Creamiest oats everrrrr!!! 50g of oats, 1 scoop of vanilla #myprotein whey, 1 teaspoon of flaxseed, squeeze of #myprotein maple syrup drops, 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1/2 cup of frozen berries, 1/2 cup of almond milk and 1 cup of water. Mix together within a saucepan and heat up. I did mix 1 tablespoon of Greek thick yoghurt within it to add more protein but also make it that extra thick and creamy 😍
Yesterday I was flagging terribly, I couldn't even do any cardio based exercises, let alone deadlift, so used that as a rest day and after this hefty bowl of oats will combine Deadlifts, core and cardio in today's workout.
If you feel like your body can't go any further, take a rest day, have a glass of wine and rewind a little. It won't kill your progress. You'll just damage yourself by pushing your body even further within an exhausted state. ✌

8 weeks ago today, I started training with my PT and learnt everything there is to know about weights and the benefits of lifting. Today, I decided to see how my results were coming along and I couldn't believe what I was seeing in the mirror. Im only 5kgs lighter but my trainer said not to pay attention to that since muscle weighs more. I've lost inches around my waist and arms, and it feels amazing. This alongside the #tiu21 meal plan is just a bonus to see results! Going mostly vegetarian (flexitarian???) helps too #yayyyresults 🙂💚
