Sept. 21st is known as #nationalpeaceday . A day dedicated to peace, around the globe. With the Graham-Cassidy bill about to get approved, the recent eathquakes in Mexico, active hurricanes Irma & Maria, I would say we need more than one day of ceasefire. Xenophobia is often the norm and racial discrimination a daily "incident". For us EU citizens living in the UK during Brexit, things are no better.

I wanted to do something light and airy and just all around pleasant. Riffed off the Bee’s Knees a bit. Litttttle shaky on the bitter stenciling but hey first time aignt sooooo bad! Whatever we are imbibing let’s raise our glass and toast to World Peace and hopefully someday achieving it!✌️

.5oz Green Chartreuse (@chartreuse.fr)
.5oz Honey Syrup
.75oz Lemon Juice

2.00 oz #AmaroMontenegro
0.75 oz #Mezcal
0.75 oz lemon juice
2 peels orange zest
1 piece egg white
3 dashes #angostura bitters
0.25 oz simple syrup
Express orange peels into a shaker tin and then add the rest of the ingredients to a shaker tin. Dry shake without ice, shake hard with ice, double strain into a coupe glass. Top with angostura bitters to garnish.

Sauf erreur de ma part en bagage à main on est autorisé à transporter des liquides de max 70 ml sauf que cette bouteille de #ginjinha en fait 100. Je préviens tout de suite que si on l'aéroport on tente de confisquer ma bouteille je bois sur place les 30 ml de trop comme ca le problème sera réglé 😂
