Another crazy couple weeks as the market keeps scooping up these condos! 
#1 - Atelier 2 bedroom with a massive patio. After 5 days on market we generated 5 offers and sold well above our initial; asking price of $1,199,000. Condos over a million had seen a bit of a change as the market had started to slowly transition but this one, in this location and in a very sought after building had no issues!

#2 - Pushing 40 sales at 888 Homer St we hit the market after the same suite two floors lower sit for two weeks. Priced higher, we generated multiple offers right away and sold for over asking! The suite below, we helped them sell as well...! However, 2 floors up and we generated $15,000 more for our seller. This one was offered at $1,125,000. 
#3 - A unique scenario with a tenant but we managed to sell for full price after a few days. The strategy, price as high as possible and take offers anytime. We did, and we did! Offered at $648,900. 
#4 - This one was a special purchase for some happy buyers and yet another scenario where if they decided not to pursue, we would have bought it ourselves as it was perfect in every way. Priced at market rate we were still able to negotiate $50,000 off the asking price which is just lucky in this market.
