Emerald Hill, known for its nutmeg plantations during the colonial days, is one of the most colourful streets in Singapore and makes an easy detour from the shopping belt of Orchard Road.
Come for the beautiful Peranakan architecture, a bit of antiquing, or maybe a drink at one of the trendy bars?
This year's coverage of the support race was a bit of a mixed bag; on the one hand, I had the greatest honour to see @ringochong11 take home the trophy from both races on home soil and some pretty interesting images to take home.
But i can't help feeling like i was kind of blocked off at every other turn; stopped at the entrance of the pit for fear of my cameras being used for espionage, then later again today at the flyer 'cause they couldn't identify my pass (even though i've gone up a few times before, including just before!) Seemingly there's been a lack of common sense in some areas 🤷🏻♂️ At least you still have this time-lapse for your viewing pleasure 😉
