From actively seeking ways to shrinking our ego to actively putting it down once and for all, it certainly is A process. It could be a big arse long one or a relatively shorter one for some of us but the news is that we all feel the same type of torture at some point and it is inevitably painful, unbearable, almost like rebirth, it takes a heck lot of struggling, digging deep, deeper, deepest, feeling trapped, feeling powerless at times, stuck in the dark see no light around whatsoever or literally holding onto the last bit of self worth is all we got, it is not easy and nowhere near pretty and yet it needs/has to be done. Throughout the past couple years I've spent too much time comparing myself to others and finding things about myself I didn't like or wasn't satisfied with. Whether it was in my art, music, personality, or just overall being I just didn't seem comfortable. This year though, I started branching out and trying new things like in my self expression and style. I learned to stop caring too much about how I compared to some random person who's impact on me would be nothing but negativity in the long run. Finding out who I really am still is an empty chapter that I'm excited to find out. All I can say for now is that I am proud to be who I am. Descrevendo exatamente o que fiz: me deu 5 minutos de fome, peguei o resto da pasta de amendoim 🥜 (foto anterior), o resto dos palitinhos de cenoura 🥕 (foto anterior), mais um pouco de água, mais orégano, mais pimenta preta em grão, bati tudo no liquidificador. Cozinhei macarrão espaguete integral, tirei a água, joguei o molho recém inventado na panela com o macarrão e mais ervilha cozida que tinha na geladeira, esquentei tudo e virou isso aí. 🍝 Não ficou muito bonito, mas não é que deu pra comer? 😶
