Someone told me this week that deadlifts don’t work back muscles and that if you felt it in your back, you’re doing it wrong.....🤦🏻♀️ So here I am, doing deadlifts on back day, bc they don’t work back muscles🤷🏻♀️

Moving "a lot" of weight is cool.. but can you work the muscle correctly?
Yes you want to lift as heavy as possible but you want to without sacrificing too much form..
Shorten the muscle as much as possible and squeeeezeee! (One one thousand) .

Of course I could hook the band to a stationary object but by holding the band I can control how much resistance she is getting and keeping it consistent throughout the whole set.
