I do intermittent fasting but I must admit even though I am never hungry in the morning I do at times miss a good Frittata.... my solution??? Make one for a late lunch or even for dinner with fresh green salad. Breaking the rules is what life is all about !
So in case you are wondering...What is a Frittata?
Frittata is an egg-based Italian dish similar to an omelette or crustless quiche, enriched with additional ingredients such as meats, cheeses, vegetables or pasta. The word frittata is Italian and roughly translates to “fried”
Vegetable Frittata- Paleo Friendly Recipe * 1 TBSp Ghee
* 1 small chopped sweet vidalia onion
* 1/3 cup chopped scallions
* 1 small chopped zucchini
* 1/3 cup chopped asparagus
* 1/2 cup chopped broccoli * 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
* 1 Tsp.of Himalayan pink salt
* 1 Tsp. Fresh ground Black Pepper
* 8 large Fresh Organic Pasture raised eggs, whisked
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
* 1/4 chopped fresh dill
1.Heat oven to 350 - Spray a 9x9 baking dish or round glass quiche pan with avocado spray. Set aside.
2. Melt Ghee in a pan on medium heat in a large skillet. Add in all the veggies and stir and cook until tender - about 6-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
3. Pour eggs into the prepared baking dish. Add all the cooked veggies to the eggs, spreading them evenly through the pan. Sprinkle the parsley and dill on top. Bake for 25 minutes or until the eggs are set in the center.

Pakistan’s biggest Food and Music Festival concluded successfully on Sunday. The three-day Festival held at Royal Palm Golf & Country Club, Lahore, on Nov 17th, 18th and 19th attracted a huge number of visitors from all corners of the city and provided families with an opportunity to plan a perfect day out. The festival attracted over 30,000 visitors to sample the city’s culinary delights. People witnessed chefs working their magic through cooking demonstrations and enjoyed live music.The event was a super duper hit.We have the most palatable food these three days.

KIDNEY FILTRATION: left picture... pee in a jar when you wake up in the morning. You want dark urine. You do not want clear urine... you do not want to drink excessive amounts of water!! I drink maybe a maximum of 1 quart of water a day (if I’m working out, usually less or none). Right picture... let your urine sit for a couple of hours so the lymphatic waste, acid crystals and toxic waste from your body can sink to the bottom so you can see if you are filtering. All the white stuff that’s gathered in the bottom shows that my kidneys are filtering and moving lymphatic waste out of my body. I’ll post a video on my story to show the filtration in more detail.

My Natto experiment using an Excalibur dehydrator. Natto is a great source of the enzyme Nattokinase. It also is skin rejuvenator and contains large amounts of the co-enzyme PQQ (pyroloquinolinequinone). It is capable of dissolving blood clots and thus curing thrombosis.
