Anyone crushing two-a-days? Holiday season is in full swing! Even though I am still eating clean, i am constantly eating out, entertaining, and my schedule is off. Time to get it @equinox! #mazza#bmazzfit @rspnutrition #liveinspired
@alexandermilov’s installation art piece from @burningman gives me goosebumps every time I look at it. If only we could slow ourselves down long enough to respond instead of react, we might actually sit face to face in love.
In the ideal world, we would be able to travel and feel at home anywhere we go. To walk into a room full of familiar faces, in your chosen family's home, to build new realities... even though so many places are special to us, LA is where Habitas was born. We are excited to return with something very special in 2018.
What if THE OTHER ONE turns out to be THE RIGHT ONE?

It's just Instagram.
I get it, I love social media too. It can be powerful! I've met amazing people, met new clients and love to be inspired when I open my feed.
But numbers don't determine our worth.
In the beginning, if a post didn't start getting likes right away I would delete it. Was the image not pretty? Did my caption suck? Was my idea stupid? blah blah blah.
Now, I write what's happening in my life and on my mind. I press 'post' a lot easier. I'm no longer attached to the outcome.
If I can make someone laugh, that's awesome. If something I share inspires or resonates with even a single person, I'm happy.
My self worth isn't attached to the number of likes on an image. And neither is yours.
Post what makes you feel good. Its fun, but it's not everything. I want people to see my stuff, but I'm also okay if I don't hit the "perfect" day or time.
We're worth way more than the amount of likes a photo gets or how an algorithm effects how many people see our stuff.
I've learned that when you're genuine and share your amazingness with the world, the universe will have your back😉
I create for one very simple reason: I need inspirational reminders everywhere & everyday. Many days I feel I'm wading through life in a thick fog of fear, it's the quicksand that has stopped every good thing I have ever began, the words I couldn't speak, the help I was too prideful to admit needing and the opportunities I've let pass me by. I create because I need to be reminded that I'm not alone in these thoughts, worries and fears, you all are in the muck and triumphs in your own lives. So often we feel isolated though the world is literally at our fingertips, that deep personal soul connection is lacking, the good news is-there's hope! Hope against all hope when we are at our loneliest, worst and most misunderstood we have a God who does and is and shows up every.single.time wether we feel it in that moment or not he's there to comfort, console and help us press on. Forever I've thought that the things I create do not matter in the grand scheme, I've even quit because I'm not sure it's my calling, but lately as I've been drawn to certain inspirational pieces, the realization hit home for me that this is needed-the encouragement, small reminders of hope. I know I was made for this despite the wrapping its revealed in-writing, creating, crafting however it shows up I believe my gift involves being an encourager. I'm not sure how this pans out, I have no grand plan, just a dream and hopes that in whatever format eventually it all pans out. My greatest dreams have already come true through my family, my husband and my precious daughter. I do feel something bubbling under the surface, the hope of something new, for me, for you.
Had an Amazing first day of AF Live Training at Anytime Fitness Corporate Headquarters! It is sooo cold here in Minnesota, but they have definitely given all of us attending a warm welcome and the facility is AMAZING! @rspnutrition @tamaarta10 #liveinspired#functionaltraining#teamrsp

As winter approaches, we commonly crave hearty comfort foods that, more often than not, help us pack on some winter weight. There are different theories as to why this is seemingly instinctual for us.
Is it our animal nature, preparing for the harshness of winter, even though we are not half as exposed to the elements in our modern day life? Or is it simply that the traditional hearty winter and holiday meals consist of comfort foods, high in simple carbohydrates and processed fats?
Whatever the reason, there are healthier foods and beverages you can focus on and incorporate this winter! Read the full article (link in our bio) to discover Marielle Suddarth’s (NSCA CPT Coach and Operations Director at The New Beginnings Center) tips on how you can eat well during the winter season and not pack on the pounds. ☃️
"Set a goal, and in small, consistent steps, work to reach it. Get support from your peers when you start flagging. Repeat. You will change" —Seth Godin
We begin with a direction, a goal, a clear vision of where we want to go. Through small steps we may find ourselves not only closer to the goal itself but to the deepened understanding of ourselves. We fall down and get up and realize we are resilient. We flounder in stress and worry and are picked up by perseverance. We speak to friend in times of worry and know that we are held. Time moves us and our path unravels before us… the path we began with a simple intention and one small step.
Eat like you love your body.
Move like you love your body.
Speak like you love your body.
Live like you love your body.
