The most angelic, humble and brightest being I have ever met. Dr. Robert Morse is THE true healer of our time. I am soo sooo grateful to have found him almost a year ago. He saved my life. He gave me hope. He spoke the truth I had known and was looking for ever since I started my healing journey.
Every dis-ease, symptom or ailment is SIMPLE to heal - it literally makes NO difference what label you've been given. The road may be difficult, but the way to do it is simple and foundational to ALL. When we are unwell, we are on the acid side of chemistry - period. To get well, we must move to the alkaline side of chemistry through the highest vibrational, hydrating and alkaline foods (fruits, berries, melons) and take the herbs that were created by mother nature for us - REAL medicine. You can't heal symptoms/ailments/dis-eases while continuing to ingest acid-forming foods and drinks - it's IMPOSSIBLE!
You can heal yourself...actually, that's the only way you can heal, no one can do it for you. I always say: do you want to manage your symptoms and suffering, or do you want to roll up your sleeves for a few years and heal yourself once and for all?
I know what I'm doing! Excited to have the rest of my life to enjoy abundant health and vitality and feel BETTER as I "age". It may be hard now as I'm going through it and reversing all these acids, but the future is bright my friends. The only way to is through - see you on the other side!
You can find out more about Dr. Morse through his book "The Detox Miracle Sourcebook" and his YouTube channel "robertmorsend".

Wooooooo recipe time. This one I promised. 🥕Raw black mulberry carrot cake🥕. Ingredients cake:
2 cups @raworganicfoodnl dried black mulberries
1/2 cup dates (pitted)
1/3 cup raw coconut flour
2 cups carrot pulp (make sure it is dry, you can squeeze out the remaining juice with a nutmilk bag)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/8 cup water
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon clove
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground fennel seeds
2 cups cashews (soaked)
1 cup young coconut meat
1/2 cup maple syrup
4 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
1/2 cup carrot pulp
Dried black mulberries
Combine all cake ingredients in a food processor and mix well. Set aside. For the frosting mix all ingredients in a high speed blender using as little water as needed. Set aside. For the arrangement of the cake use these measurements. Layer 1: 1/2 of the cake mix. Layer 2: 1/3 of the frosting. Put in freezer until it has hardened. Layer 3: 1/2 of the cake mix. Layer 4: the remaining carrot pulp. Layer 5: 2/3 of the frosting. Top with dried mulberries and cinnamon and put in fridge to harden!

We were looking for a raw juice and ended up staying for lunch. Glad to say this is not another hipster-16€-tasteless-salad kinda place. Bonus points for the sprouted lentils and the 100% pure ginger shot.
Today was the last day of my magical experience at the Raw & Plant-Food Chef & Integral Wellbeing Leader Training. Empowerment. Inspiration. Truth. Awareness. Gratitude. Friendship. Joy. Love. Oneness. That's how I can describe the last 6 days.
Today we created our own dishes and here's a selection of just some of them. We had pumpkin quesadillas, courgette koftas, living sushi, raw pizza with pine nut chips, tomato consommé soup, lots of desserts (but no photos as we started our degustation from desserts today and they disappeared immediately 💕 )
But FOOD is so much more than just what’s on our plates. Can't wait to start creating ethereal deliciousness for the body, soul and mind.
Joel, Aiste, and the @wildfoodcafe team - thank you for the MAGIC. ❤
Organic beets were on sale so I heard the calling to come up with a new recipe using this glorious red root vegetable. It is without a doubt the most satisfying dish I have created in a while. I peeled and spiralized some beets that I then marinated in a mixture of raw almond butter, balsamic vinegar and sea salt. I then added some chopped red onion, mango, grapefruit, arugula and fresh thyme. Garnished with more arugula, thyme and crushed apricot kernels. Definitely something I'll be making again.
