Raw vegan molten lava cake with coconut sorbet 😍🔥😛 wish I could shown the inside but I was too busy scarfing it down lol not sure if anyone else has ever had a molten cake from dominos where the fudge seeps out (they used to be my fav) but this tasted identical!! It had goji berries and a strawberry sauce on top #superfoodsforthewin after asking 4 different servers there, they all assured me it was a strawberry sauce and not hot sauce like I suspected haha sooo delicious and the sorbet was amazing too! Only 2 ingredients- coconut and agave 😋 (not a fan of agave whatsoever but I'll live)

You can see I'm the most recent addition to the human race in this pic (the youngest) and this experience has shown me once again. I attract elders. So much so to the point where I think I've met majority of my mothers, children, fathers or could be spouses from past lives. 
Each one kindred. 
Each one sprinkled with aligned messages. 
Each one loving. 
Each one direct. 
Each one as equal as the next.
During my 10 day program at LFI I integrated into yet another wise family tribe. 
A body of old souls that manifested one another to join in healing under sacred space. 
These life forms filled me with so much joy in 10 short days I truly do treasure their wisdom, laughter, and guidance. 
I love you. Each and all of the One.
Will share more about this miraculous experience soon.

Colon cancer is one of the biggest killers of men. The colon is the place where most undigested toxins and build up remain and putrefy, causing disease.

Fruit won't ever get stuck in the tiny little spaces and sacs in your digestive tract because fruit is mostly water and digests with ease. 
From the standpoint of keeping the colon clean...adding more fruit can only help move things along, while this may be painful for someone with a lot of build up in their colon...it would eventually lead to faster digestion overall. I just had breakfast with the one and only Isigny Ste Mere Butter of protected destination of origin. All my love and gratitude to my big sister for getting them to me. Sadly, some people go about talking ignorantly and preaching ignorance about food and nutrition because of what they heard some "expert" say. Yet, we must understand that not all foods are created and handled equally. We cherish this butter#respect. I never cook or bake with this very butter. We eat it raw on freshly made complete wholegrain bread. It evokes in me a sense of how God had intended our earth to be treated- with love and respect. It reminds me of the kind of foods our ancestors enjoyed.  If man was not greedy, we will cultivate the purest of foods and we will blossom with health and life even as living, alive foods nourish our bodies. In an age where food has become heavily one sided and biased, we will see a rise in eating disorders and malnutrition. More than ever before, we would need wisdom in making smart wise choices. Do we go with the Weston Price foundation advocating a nutrient densed diet of wholefoods including animal based fats like raw unpasteurized organic grassfed dairy, or do we go with the experts in Kit Andersen's documentary, "What the Health" ?
Which ever you choose, be sure to employ a balanced approach, apply wisdom and exercise selfcontrol and moderation. Food was never meant to keep us confused or in bondage. After seeing What the Health, l would rather recommend the documentaries Sustainable and in Defense of Food, which are not one sided and more balanced in their approach to food, nutrition, and health. Don’t know what to do with all those fennel fronds?? How about a creamy full body dip with a little kick.

Very simple! I love easy afternoon snacks so I took my 3 left over fennel fronds and added them to my vitamix with 2c. Raw mixed nuts, 1tsp minced garlic, 1/2 of a lemons juice, 3 basil leaves and 3tbs of olive oil.
•
Now I’m definitely an experimental cook. I don’t follow recipes or measure most of my ingredients. I put things together by eye and personal taste! So whatever you feel these may need! Please, I LOVE feed back so let me know the tweaks you make!

Before there was the documentary "What the Health", and the likes of it, there was and there still remain Real Foods, unadulterated and un compromised by man. I just had breakfast with the one and only Isigny Ste Mere Butter of protected destination of origin. All my love and gratitude to my big sister for getting them to me. Sadly, some people go about talking ignorantly and preaching ignorance about food and nutrition because of what they heard some "expert" say. Yet, we must understand that not all foods are created and handled equally. We cherish this butter#respect. I never cook or bake with this very butter. We eat it raw on freshly made complete wholegrain bread. It evokes in me a sense of how God had intended our earth to be treated- with love and respect. It reminds me of the kind of foods our ancestors enjoyed.  If man was not greedy, we will cultivate the purest of foods and we will blossom with health and life even as living, alive foods nourish our bodies. In an age where food has become heavily one sided and biased, we will see a rise in eating disorders and malnutrition. More than ever before, we would need wisdom in making smart wise choices. Do we go with the Weston Price foundation advocating a nutrient densed diet of wholefoods including animal based fats like raw unpasteurized organic grassfed dairy, or do we go with the experts in Kit Andersen's documentary, "What the Health" ?
Which ever you choose, be sure to employ a balanced approach, apply wisdom and exercise selfcontrol and moderation. Food was never meant to keep us confused or in bondage. After seeing What the Health, l would rather recommend the documentaries Sustainable and in Defense of Food, which are not one sided and more balanced in their approach to food, nutrition, and health. Ich fange an, gekochtes Essen zu vermissen. Ist es nur das Sehnen nach Geborgenheit, die mit der Erinnerungen an Mamas (koch)Küche verknüpft ist? Das kann gut sein, so kurz vor der Abreise nach Bali, mit der wir alle Sicherheiten hinter uns lassen. Zumal ich besonders Lust auf Pizza, Raclette und ähnliches habe. Alles Menüs, die mit gemütlichem Zusammensitzen als Kind, mit meiner Familie verknüpft sind.
Noch empfinde ich meine Kochkost Gelüste als Sehnsüchte, nicht als starker Drang. Ich habe keine Lust, ihnen nachzugeben. Mal sehen wies weitergeht. Ich fühle mich frei zu essen was ich will. Und das ist das Wichtigste, glaube ich. Egal was man isst. ❤️🙌🌱✨

aujourd'hui est jour 40 de ma 60 jour cure de jus.  maintenant je viens de faire 5 litres de jus pour aujourd'hui car je serai occupé toute la journée. Ils sont 1 L de carotte, pomme, raisin, concombre, citron. 1 L de carotte, 1 x pomme, citron, tomates, fuite, épinards. 1 L de curcuma, betterave, citron, épinard, pomme, carotte. 1 L de jus de clémentine. 1 L de Clémentine, pomme, carotte.

Today is day 40 of my 60 day juice fast, it's a small milestone for me just 20 days until I reach my goal of 60 and then see how I feel and then maybe continue until 90 or 100 days. Okay today I started my day off with around 300 mL of apple juice with Dr Robert Morse GI Broom. Now I have just made 5 L of juices for today as I will be busy all day. My dinner tonight that I made was #RawVegan Curried Califlower Rice that's mixed with dill, cilantros, minced garlic, onions and tomatoes with cashew cream cheese pâté, avo slices and pineapples on the side. The cali rice came out so so so delicious!! I'm just loving eating and creating #RawFood because you can do and play around with ingredients and flavoring so much there is no limit to creativty. I was getting high all over again from bursts of flavors and satisfaction for my belly too. I'm stuffed ;)

1/2 cup raw almonds
3 pitted dates
2 cups of filtered water

Blend the nuts (soaked or I like to freeze mine). Add the dates and water. Option to add raw honey and salt. Use a cheesecloth to strain the chunks.

Whole milk doesn’t sit well with my stomach and the cleanest, non-dairy milk I’ve found is $freakin8!! Answer is to create your own. Quick. Easy. Less expensive. And no added bs “natural” flavorings or additives.

This is me at Hippocrates Health Institute after only 5 days on a pure vegan living foods diet. No makeup, no filter, just me. My skin is so glowy and rosy that it looks like I'm wearing blush.
