These are somehow gluten-free and had the same consistency of buttermilk pancakes. I have never had gf pancakes with this texture. My best guess is that Brandon is a pancake wizard. That's really the only possibility that seems plausible to me.

On average people gain 5-10 pounds over the holidays, did you know that?! Some may think that’s nothing, while others can’t even begin to comprehend gaining anymore weight - but it happens. Since I KNOW I am going to be dipping into the treat jar next week, I need to make sure this week I am eating clean and eating right. Today’s meal prep looks delicious AND nutritious.

Carrots, sweet potatoes and baby potatoes all seasoned with coconut oil and some ranch spice, 2 packages of ground turkey cooked, honey ham cooked and cut, plus we have fruit and protein bars to grab and go! 
Planning and prepping for the week ahead is what saves my life. I feel confident going into my Monday and I already feel on track👌. Anybody else meal prepping today?!

Afterward, the newlyweds sent one of the photos to Puglielli — and she was shocked. “Oh, my God, I was really heavy,” she said. “That was my ‘OK, I’ve got to do something’ moment.” Here is her advice to others hoping to lose weight:

So often, Puglielli would think a task, such as lifting weights, felt too difficult. She would convince herself she couldn’t do it. But then she’d remember everything she overcame. “You are going to get to a point in a workout where you are like ‘I can’t, I can’t’ but you can,” she said. “You are capable of so much more than you think you are.” 2. Not every day is perfect.
In the past, if Puglielli had a bad day, she’d want to give up, but she learned if she kept going, she could turn a bad day into a good one. “A lot of people will lose weight and will have a bad day and that turns into a bad week … You can’t do it. The consistency over time gets you to where you want to be,” she said. “It’s about not giving up.” 3. Be consistent.
Having a gym schedule, making goals and sticking to meal prepping helped Puglielli lose weight. Even though she is happy with her weight, she maintains these habits. “It is consistency,” she said. “Meal prep is huge. You got to get to the gym, you got to go. Loved my lunch and dinner for today! Lunch was 6 mini chicken tacos from Trader Joe’s (8pts), 2 tbsp of light sour cream (2pt), and salsa (0pts). Dinner was 3 Bean Chili. I had a cup and a half for (0pts). I topped it with fat free cheddar cheese (0pts) and 1 tbsp of sour cream (1pt). I will have this chili for lunches all week and it was super delicious!! #weightwatchers #wwfreestyle #icancook #sundaydinner #livinghealthy #wwlife

Hoje adaptei a receita de quiche integral de espinafre e ricota para torná-la vegana. .
- A manteiga foi substituída pela manteiga vegana que já passei a receita aqui no insta.
- Os ovos foram substituídos por chia em gel (grãos de chia misturados na água por algumas horas).
- A ricota foi substituída por tofu.
- O leite foi substituído por leite de arroz. - Para dar um quentinho toque indiano, acrescentei canela ao recheio. - As nozes e castanhas do pará picadas acrescentadas ao recheio deram um toque especial.

Conclusão: Seria muito mais fácil ser vegana se eu tivesse opções interessantes como esta em restaurantes, pois não é todo dia que tenho horas livres para cozinhar (e inventar moda). ;)

* oven roasted pork loin chops seasoned with evoo, salt, garlic and onion powder, rosemary, hot sauce, dry parsley and squeezed clementines.
* oven roasted veggies: evoo, salt, pepper, garlic powder, dry parsley and reduced fat parmesean cheese.
* veggie soup (pureed).

And with today's prep and some leftover prep from previous meals I was able to get 3 lunches all ready for this upcoming work week 😉! #winwin
