ARE YOU NEW TO SALES? HERE IS A VIDEO (AND CHANNEL) TO WATCH IN 2018!
I was approached the other day by a Mortgage Loan Officer who was fairly new to Mortgage Loan Origination.
In actuality, he was new to selling over the phone, new to working in a call center environment and fairly new to the Real Estate Industry.
On top of all that, English is his second language but he had a great attitude and desire to learn and be successful, so I am making this video to help him and others who share his same situation.
Being ‘NEW’ to an industry can sometimes seem like a disadvantage, but in reality it is your single best advantage. .
It just depends on how you look at it, I guess.

As Rate/Term Refinances Fade Away…
One of the common objections we face as Mortgage Loan Officers is the infamous “I’m not interested” but there is a new form of objection that coming up in this new market climate.
It happens when you do a full application all to discover the prospect already has a low rate that cannot be beat today.
What do we do now?
I share a few ideas in this VIDEO and even use an example of someone who doesn’t need cash out for ‘debt consolidation’ and keeps nagging for the lowest rate.
