Went for a run immediately after work to blow off steam. So many negative thoughts in my head, I needed some endorphins to get them out! I know everyone's heard this before, but don't let people with bad vibes get you down. This is YOUR body, this is YOUR life, this is YOUR journey. It's no one else's right to project their ideals onto you, or tell you you haven't come as far as you should have. It's about making progress the way that makes you happiest! It can be SLOW. I'm sick of comparing myself to others and vice versa. It's time to realize this is all up to me, and each victory, each tough workout, each pound lost, each FAILURE will be all mine to experience. No one's taking that from me! So here I am, a work in PROGRESS fresh off of a run. No tricky camera angles, no photo editing. I've still got belly, I've still got huge hips, but I'm proud of each time I've had self control and discipline to reap real results. Don't like it? Take your bad vibes elsewhere. .
Good things come from lurking and asking @allen_ufcgym about his food. I got it at Kroger on Veterans Pkwy and I made it lo-carb by removing the rice but still a great source of protein😍😋 #locarb#chicken#tacobowl#lunchtime#alwayseating
