But when it comes to this killer treat I'll take the extra time needed to cook it up myself since you can't find it pre-made yet (as far as I know). So the huge benefit to using Almond flour is that there are minimal carbs because it's just as if you were eating almonds..... but the taste is killer. Absolutely as good as regular flour dough crust, if not better 😛. It's a simple recipe to google, I use the Atkins Almond Parmesan one and it never disappoints.

RESULTS Water fast #humpday#update 48 hour #fasted#experiment read more below🦏🦄🎈as I compare to a week of intermittant fasting👉 *ended 12am this morning. Sleep severely affected and I was starting to not feel "right" so ended with cc oil powder shake/bcaa, Greek yogurt, a small piece of cheese and sausage (many people recommend ending long fast with salad and dressing but no thank you)
*BLOOD ketone levels averaged 1mm and glucose 70 to 105 depending on time of day
*in comparison to intermittant fasting exp with timed meals between 5 and 7pm and about 1200 cal a day in which I averaged 1.5 mm blood ketones [couple weeks ago]. Sleep not as affected with intermittent fast
*I had returned to baseline between experiments with a lo ketone reading, normal blood glucose and about 188lbs bw
*weight loss in both cases very similar, and I assume mostly water weight. However, the pure water fast was 48 hours vs intermittent fast was 5 days
*I could exercise fasted. I hit the weights at 42 hour mark with light cardio and moderate strength. It is a different feeling though not having preworkout or anything before hand. Messes with the mental game. Blood sugar was stable before and after at about 80 and ketones were exactly 1.3 before and after(1 hour difference). I suspect though the exercise could be a reason for not feeling well 3 hours later. And I suspect if I skipped exercise I could fast longer.
