Finally made it to @dreamlandmargate after a year. Think tea cup rides, the must-sit, rickety Magic Mouse rollercoaster, dizzy dancing to be had at the roller disco, smatters of old-school carnival prints, neon lights and the like. Happy kid for sure. Thank you @thewanandonlywan, @tabletform and @onefatboy for driving us all the way. My heart is a gooey mess so this was a real treat. #forthedreamers
Not sure if I was wide awake at 3am because I'm jet lagged, or just so excited to be waking up in London on a Monday morning full of possibilities... Either way, I've now got The Clash in my head and don't think I'll be getting back to sleep. Time to explore 🇬🇧✌️
My dad says that being a Londoner has nothing to do with where you're born. He says that there are people who get off a jumbo jet at Heathrow, go through immigration waving any kind of passport, hop on the tube and by the time the train's pulled into a Piccadilly Circus they've become a Londoner.

Cracks me up when Carson says he doesn't want to do a long workout. Ok! So we go for one that is 22 minutes or less. Little does he know that he's getting the same (if not more power-packed) in a shorter workout! 😂 I don't mind though...it's building that consistency that's most important. There are some amazing, compact workouts to try...here are a few great core moves we did today (some are modified).
