‘ Foam rolling + activation ‘
You may not be familiar with both these techniques but they should be an integral part to your training regimes.
Foam rolling helps breakdown the fascia surrounding the muscle allowing any knots or tight spots to be broken down. This helps you train, perform and recover better.
Activation drills help switch on the muscle that’s being worked. Muscles work on nerves, the nerve endings within the muscle sync with your brain and you need to use your brain to signal to switch on the muscle. Band work gives a good mind muscle connection so you can feel the muscle. A better connection means better contraction and better performance 👊🏽

To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place…I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them. ~ Elliott Erwitt
