To coriander or not to coriander? Such a divisive ingredient but I’m on the YES bandwagon! 👍🏼
Loving it on salads like the sprout & kraut bowl at @caravanrestaurants with quinoa, sweet potato, red cabbage kraut, sports, seeds and the yummiest miso tahini dressing! 😋 Seriously so good and healthy AF 💪🏼
It was a hilariously lame effort in the end of my #toehook exercise today. My body said, rest and eat well now 😛.
I say sensei, you say #おまかせ ! You know you are in a safe company when you are not the first person to pull out the camera first! #Omakase at the modern Japanese sushi house @engawalondon. Totally rampant #cameraeatsfirst !
I had to apologise to lovely staffs at the restaurant in case they thought the pungent aroma from the Burwash Rose cheese kept in my gym bag came from my climbing shoes 🤭
Been coming here since high school and it’s still as good as ever!

Sunday Roast at The Bermondsey Yard Cafe - 7/10
For this roast, I paid £17.50 which included 20-day aged Rib-eye, a giant Yorkshire pudding, duck fat roast potatoes, pickled cabbage, carrots, broccoli and red wine gravy.
The beef was cooked perfectly, soft and not chewy at all. The potatoes were absolutely delicious - seasoned, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside! The Yorkshire pudding in my opinion was a little bit dry and not very fluffy in the middle but still tasty. I would have liked the carrots to have been oven cooked but they were steamed/boiled. The pickled cabbage was a abnormal addition to the roast but worked surprisingly well. Gravy was a bit too runny, so it didn’t really add much flavour to the meal. Portion size was good and overall, a satisfying meal with a few areas of improvement hence the 7/10 rating.
This dessert - Chocolate y Aceite - is a MUST-TRY if you love chocolate! Another interesting combination: chocolate ganache, sea salt, crostini & smoked olive oil #heavenly

Bermondsey Yard Cafe 🍽
So I tried Bikram Yoga for the first time this weekend, which was really challenging! I was really proud of myself for completing the 90 minute class🧘🏾♀️ However, I made the mistake of not eating anything prior to the class, so I was absolutely famished afterwards!
Luckily, I stumbled across this gem nearby and I was immediately sold after seeing a Sunday roast on the menu 😍 picture of the roast in my next post!
