When I was in London last week I hit up a tapas spot. They have a couple of these in the city. The place was packed and everything looked extremely good. I was too distracted by the deliciousness to capture all the photos but this oxtail that is stuffed with pistachio and other tasty things over a potato purée was so freakin' good!

Throwing it back to our @chef64degrees visit last year. Nothing has since compared to this amazing restaurant 😍 every dish served was perfectly seasoned, moreish and 💯 delicious. -

Second time I've been to Bubblewrap . First time I went I thought it would be another overhyped Asian food but was glady proven wrong. The bubblewaffles are just really tasty, I personally prefer them to the HK ones. Love this matcha one with mochi pieces and red bean paste 😍😍 @bubblewraplondon #matchamatchaman
Roasting it back to this nut roast meal I had not too long ago before it went of the menu at one of Ellas delis!🔥🌰 It had me feeling all festive which reminded of a message I put on my story around Christmas🎄time that a lot of you liked! So I thought I would share on here... 🙃 And that was that too many people worry about losing progress over xmas, new years, birthdays, whatever the event/time of year! They worry about how much they’ll eat and drink... they don’t wanna get fat but they also want to have fun and celebrate. So what usually happens is they end up driving themselves insane trying to figure out how to have fun and stay on track with their fitness goals and eventually just screw it all, often binge it, regret it, which in turn puts a massive downer on themselves! EFF THAT! 🤬 Im not telling you eat all the worst foods till your sick, but what I will tell you is that don’t you dare worry about enjoying yourself in times of celebration, or even putting on some weight! Because most of the weight you put on in situations like this is not purely just fat, its water weight, stomach content and what not! And as soon as you get back to your normal routine it will come right off and burn away!💥😅 You’ll be good to go and wont feel bad in the least for going “off track”, which brings up another good point too... when we are all old and ballin’ out in our big old smelly diapers 👶🏼 we aren’t going to look back to a certain date and say “ahh shit, I really shouldn’t have had those mashed potatoes and bla bla bla” but we will say “why the hell was I so damn uptight!? I should have let loose and not let nutrition control every walking moment of my life!” 👊 My point is that too many people end up putting strain and stress on themselves for no reason! In times like these, where we are even lucky enough to be here experiencing and enjoying and celebrating certain moments with friends and loved ones, you better not even think about counting a calorie, not even a single ONE! 💥 Or a colour! 🤣 Indulge and enjoy them, and once they are done, get right back on track and tear it up like you did before! 💪🙌👍
