I am looking to find a person who want to regularly work for me, mainly Sundays, but Saturdays on occasion as well (especially in December) on Brick Lane.
Must have: - great customer service
- able to keep the stall tidy - able to represent me well as a brand. - (after training) feel comfortable with setting the stall up and taking it down. - who is able and comfortable with making decisions by themselves and work independently.
Usual hours are 10:00 - 18:30 sundays. or 09:30 - 18:00 saturdays.
Pay on a basic day with no set up (only take down) required is £70, with incentives, depending on how much you sell. Normally the person walks away with £80-£100. Basic pay is slightly more when managing the stall alone (i.e. I am not present at Brick Lane) and with other people too or on a day when the stall requires set up as well as take down.

The job will include managing various photography, film, education projects. Making sure what needs to be done is done on time (even if it includes chasing and annoying me), researching new business opportunities and starting a conversation with potential clients/collaborators (lots of emails and calls), producing small shoots or working with an external producer for bigger ones, recording Facebook/Instagram live interviews and more misc tasks.
Compensation £1000-1200 per month depending on experience.
Schedule: 4 hours a day Monday-Friday. If you have other jobs/projects, most likely we can schedule around them.

So its the end of my second week at work and I really do love it. I've already helped out on projects and have deadlines to work to. Every day is different and I can't complain that I'm not busy!
The only thing thats been a slight blip is commuting. The journey is fine but people.. Well they're human and some human's aren't very nice. Its not enough that its overly affecting me but its just slightly souring something brilliant.
