When I discovered doTERRA this was the first d.i.y I made up for the home & ditched the 'spray & wipes'. Did you guys know all you need to make a cleaning spray is Vinegar, water & your oils?......that's it!

It's been a very long time between work outs, and man am I noticing the decrease in my strength.
If I'm honest I've been feeling a depression low coming on, I have been focused on everything (and everyone) but myself and my mental health has suffered. Today my mantra is that I am DESERVING of this me time (gym time). Back to cleaner eating, no more junk food. I hope that I can rid the looming blues by taking care of myself.
If you are susceptible to depression and anxiety as I am, I urge you to listen carefully to your body and your inner voice. Recognise when it's coming on and take the steps that help you. For me its a clean healthy lifestyle. For others it is different but there's one thing we all have in common - there is a way out, and you (and I) can do it.
After trying to go all out powerlifting last week started panicking cos my hip and back just wasn't healing at all... but realised I'd basically not given it a chance and kept pushing it. (My last sports massage was followed by 6 games of touch rugby and dancing on beer keller tables until 4am and I wondered why I was still in pain haha). Had 6 days off EVERYTHING... and it has FINALLY stopped hurting! rest appears to allow the body to heel... who knew!! Hopfully can train this week. But maybe try to resist EVERY sporting activity opportunity 😂🤣
I feel amazing my body has had so much rest today. I've let my mind and body chill. It's so important that we do this yet we always keep ourselves busy. So what have you done today to relax? In fact have you let yourself relax or have you kept yourself busy because there's something that needs to get done. Newsflash there will always be something to do we live in a busy world. Do yourself a favour and chill baby. You'll feel so much better when you do and go into the week feeling refreshed.
What a difference a year makes!
So a year ago I started the gym and my Herbalife properly. There's been both mental and physical obstacles that have got in the way but I've worked my way round them. I'm still learning about my body and this will be the first time I'm going into a proper bulk.
Sometimes it feels like you're getting nowhere but all it takes is a few progress pics and a few slaps across the face and then you realise the hard work is paying off.
Nobody said it would be easy, no one will do it for you but what you put in, results in what you get out.
I continue to take my Herbalife shake on a morning for my nutrition and my Herbalife Rebuild protein shake after my workouts. I've increased my daily calorie intake, I'm indulging in a lot of food which sometimes causes a few mental obstacles and I don't know how I'm going to handle this 'fluffy phase' but I know to trust the process. I'm already hitting PB's in a lot of workouts and feel like my strength is improving.
I'm already excited to see where I can get in another years time.
One thing for sure, I'm glad I started the day that I did and I didn't put it off 💪🏼

You bet it does I've got a snuffle cold going on this weekend which is annoying as it's my first weekend off in ages. Thing is our subconscious knows more about our bodies than we realise. I'm still buzzing from the event I went to on Friday god words can't describe how it felt to be in a beautiful location selling my skincare. Everything about the day was amazing so in honour of it being autumn and my body needs rest and to be healthy I'm gonna eat some oranges and rest with chick tv. You can't beat chilling out and letting your body rest. So wherever you are on this beautiful planet have an amazing day/night and do what makes your soul happy.

I’m a major fan of adapting my practice to suit the change in seasons. Using a wall to transition from one pose to the next allows for a deep release along with the feeling of being supported. The intention can be to practice maitri and notice how when we incorporate an intention to be kind to ourselves we open up a limitless possibility for growth, both on and off the mat.
As the body starts to open and space is created, the transition from reclined caterpillar to reclined dragonfly (with/without bolsters) is wonderfully restorative and rejuvenating. And all you have to do is rest with awareness and allow gravity to do the work!

Exfoliating our skin has a massive physiological effect by removing all the stress in our lives. We highly recommend - 1 cup of sea salt/organic grounds with half of coconut oil and 2 drops of essential oils for an aromatic sensation.
