What we made: Fried chicken & Kale chips.
1 cup of kale
1 TB olive oil
1 TB apple cider vinegar
Salt & pepper
Mix together and bake for 10-15 minutes.
2 Chicken thighs
Bash until thin and soak in egg
1/2 scoop unflavoured isopure protein powder
