"I have found Michelle's eating plan enjoyable and a boost to my self esteem. Due to health reason ive never been able to do the workouts i did the plan religiously Jan-March. I hear all kinds of excuses from people, but this woman is not one to make excuses. I've known her for over 25 years, and what I dig about her is simple. She is an action rooted person. She works her butt off, and she doesn't let age or the fact that she works 40 plus hours a week in retail stop her from achieving her goals. When she came to me her biggest concern was the loose skin on her arms. I told her that I have a formula that will provide nutrients to your skin, and that it will reverse the aging process and eliminate the loose skin. Combining my training, food, and personal coaching we can and will accomplish this in a short amount of time.
