Cauliflower Fried Rice is the 💣
I've seen cauli rice before but never tried and it I must say it is effing delicious and healthy too!!!

I turned it into a 'fried rice' this week and I fell in love 😍
What I used.......
⭐️ chopped up cauliflower ⭐️ carrot
⭐️ broccoli ⭐️ bacon
However you can use whatever veggies you have in the fridge!
Put it all in a frying pan with coconut oil and voila!

Had a lovely thanksgiving with the family. Hope you all did as well! It was also the first thanksgiving from being off the diet and it was a 100% enjoyed. All of the carbs were eaten. Lots of good food and company and actually got a picture of my wife, daughter and myself.
In one of my earlier posts, I talked about that I found this amazing therapist who is helping me a lot on this journey. One goal I set myself, is to get healthy and get back into shape. Yesterday we talked about my weight gain over the last couple years. I gained 60 pounds in the last 5 years. Before that i used to enjoy fitness and health, but it all came crumbling down on me and it has been tough to get back on track and lose that weight. A lot had to happen before I could start my #weightlossjourney I don‘t even know where to start. It seems so overwhelming to set myself this goal and this time: do it for me. Why is it so tough to find this motivation for me? Not a man, a job, stupid superficial reasons, but just because I deserve to be fit and healthy? I have been starting a 1000 times just to quit, so this time I will focus on that brick everyday instead of the wall, focus on #enjoyingthejourney

Star week is here and I've been craving all the sugar. This is what I had yesterday. These delights are some of M&S's Christmas offerings this year. Choc cranberry and orange tiffin at 86cals (4.5syns) Raspberry & White choc trees 59cals (3syns) and a mini salted caramel & choc brownie tartlet 117cals (6 syns) So this is how I used up all my syns yesterday. Had I stopped at one each I'd have come in under syns- but no! The greedy hormonal monster reared its head and I doubled up on the pleasure and the syns too! 🙈In all honestly I could have gone on and eaten even more so I took the dogs for a walk instead. Damage limitation. Any way it's weigh day this morning and I'm going to weigh in blindly as apart from this indiscretion I've been a SW angel and I don't want any female bloat/ fluid retention to give me a false gain. I don't need any excuse to unravel this week so I'm staying ignorant about my weight. Female hormones have a lot to answer for. It's only 9am and I could eat this all again. They are lush. If you think you can be more disciplined than me go and buy some because individually they're low in syns and a nice little snack to have with a coffee. But open the box at your peril. You have been warned! 🤣
